Safety regulation of cigarettes in the town of Shein

(Adopted at the 54th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Shenung, on 22 September 2011, No. 27, of 14 October 2011, by the Order No. 27 of the People's Government of the Shenunge, which came into force on 1 December 2011)

Article 1, in order to strengthen the safe management of cigarettes, to guarantee the security of State, collective property and civil property, to maintain a social public safety order and to develop this provision in the light of the provisions of the laws, regulations and regulations of the Department of State's Safety Regulations on Spyrotechnical Exposure.

Article 2 units and individuals engaged in cigarette production, operation, transport and releasing within the city's administration should comply with this provision.

Article 3 provides for implementation by the people's government at all levels of the city. Article 25 combines a public traffic tool with cigarettes, or mails and pyrotechnics for shipment, bags, mails containing cigarettes, with the confiscation by public security authorities of the unlawful carrying, mailing, loading of cigarettes, which can be fined up to $200,000.

Article 26 Administrative law enforcement officials should strictly implement this provision by giving administrative disposal to abuse of their functions, toys, to take advantage of private fraud in the context of the safe supervision of cigarettes; and by law, criminal responsibility.
