Modalities for building management in the tropolitan city

Chapter I General

Chapter II Planning management

Article 7

Chapter III

Article 15

Article 16

(i) Safeguarding measures, construction sites should be used in uniform, normative fences, awakening brands and warning signs, and escorts;

(ii) Organizing constructions in accordance with technical norms and authorized location, scope, routing, material quality, process, time frames, etc.;

(iii) A metal mark or a sign shall be set at the time of laying down a non-metallic area and at risk.

Article 20 The city's Archives and Territorial Authority oversees the process.

Within 15 days from the date on which the construction of the land line was completed, the construction unit should be able to obtain a certificate of eligibility for the engineering archives by the city's Archives and the Territorial Authority. The provisions of the law are otherwise provided.

Article 2 requires relocation, alteration of the gateway, and the subsidiaries of the land line shall be governed by the construction of the approval process.

Chapter IV Information management

Chapter V Legal responsibility

In violation of this approach, the provisions of the law have been explicitly sanctioned.

Article 28, in violation of this approach, provides that no construction procedures have been carried out by the gateline construction units, which are converted by a warrant of responsibility for housing and urban-rural construction authorities and fines of up to $20,000.
