(Sixth ordinary session of the Eleventh People's Government of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland, 11 September 2012) considered the adoption of the Decree No. 77 of 12 October 2012 of the People's Government Order No. 77 of 12 October 2012 No. 77 of the People's Government Ordinance No. 77 of 12 October 2012 effective 1 December 2012.

Article 6 encourages citizens, legal persons and other organizations to participate in the protection of the leftangite rocks through, inter alia, contributions, conditionally, voluntary agreements with local authors' management bodies to protect one or more rocks.

Article 7 points of the rocks that have been discovered but have not yet been approved for the protection of the property, which should be published by more than the people at the district level as the corresponding level of protection, in accordance with the value of the paints.

Cyclones have been approved for the publication of the Property Protection Unit and cannot be rescinded.

(iv) Use of powerful photographs directly;

(v) Contingency with acronym;

(vi) Other damage to the body.

Article 11 shall not include:

(i) Rehabitation and deforestation;

(ii) The graves, the use of land, the opening of the mountains and the use of the stones;

(iii) Construction of a human landscape;

(iv) Harmonization, movement and damage to the facilities for the protection of the rocks;

(v) To extract sands and humiliation in protected rivers;

(vi) Other acts that endanger the safety and damage to the natural environment.

Article 12. The activities of mountains in the context of the protection of the rocks should be carried out in accordance with articles 10, 11 of this approach and shall not include the following acts:

(i) To design or map, symbols and words in mountains;

(ii) To carry out activities that threaten to damage the rocks on the sketches and the near rocks;

(iii) The construction of building blocks on mountains;

(iv) Excellence of operations such as exploded, drilling, excavation, etc. in mountains;

(v) Other hazards to mountains are likely to cause damage to rocks.

Article 13 provides for the development and improvement of protection facilities by creating and improving protection facilities, with a focus on protection. The self-government area has integrated arrangements for the protection, management and renovation of the nodule of the nodusts. In the city of the Honduran, the territorial Government of the People's Government of the Territory should strengthen the oversight management of the protection of the creativity.

Activities that may affect the safety of the cartoons and their environment are prohibited in the area of protection of the creativity and building control.

Article XIV should take measures to protect the turmoil, in the case of natural causes of fragmentation, land degradation and the occurrence of dangerous rocks that threaten the safety of paints.

At the district level, the scientific research on the protection of the leftories should be organized by scientific research institutions.

Article 15. Other construction works, or operations such as spoilers, drilling, excavations and excavations, which are required in the context of special circumstances, should be reported in accordance with the law.

The construction of new buildings and constructions in the area under the control of the rocks should not undermine the natural landscape of the rocks; the engineering design programme should, prior to approval by the relevant departments, obtain the consent of the Government's authorial executives in accordance with the level of protection of the rocks.

Article 16, which has been approved for the scope of protection and construction of construction projects in the area of control, should establish a vehicle protection measure prior to the project's work and seek advice from the Government of the corresponding people on the basis of the level of protection of the cartoon.

Construction projects relate to the rocking points that have been registered but have not been approved for the publication of the Property Protection Unit, which should draw on the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

The relevant authorities of the Government of the people at the district level of the leftangite rocks should organize research and awareness-raising to promote a national culture of excellence.

Article 18 citizens, legal persons and other organizations use rocks and their landscape films, television, videos, advertisements or appearances, shall be approved by the respective Government of the People, in accordance with the level of protection of the rocks, as well as by the executive branch of the Government of the People's Republic of the Autonomous Region. Upon approval, users should enter into protection agreements with the authorial management of specific management points, clarify protection measures and their responsibilities and pay expenses in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Article 19 uses the leftangite to operate as a tourist landscape and the landscape area, and the operators should enter into protection agreements with the author's management body that manages specific rocks to clarify protection measures and their responsibilities.

The operators shall not be allowed to lay the way, water pipelines and to install construction facilities such as lighting, electrical devices and so forth.

The use of the leftangular creativity to operate in tourism should be carried out with a certain proportion of tourist revenues for the renovation and protection of the rock.

Article 20, in violation of the provisions of this approach, provides that one of the following cases is punished by the municipality in which the nodule is located and by the Government of the People's Republic of the District, according to the following provisions:

(i) Removal of paints, paintings, adding rocks, or immediate new maps, symbols and words, which are responsible for the duration of the period of recovery, with a fine of up to €50 million;

(ii) To reactivate the landscape by 3,000 ktonnes or trographs, symbols and words, which can be fined up to 500,000 dollars;

(iii) The possible damage to the rocks on the sketches and the near-clinics, which will put an end to the offence and may be fined by more than 5,000 dollars.

Article 21, in violation of other acts of this approach, punishes, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Human Rights and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations of the People's Republic of China; violates the sentence and is criminalized by the judiciary.
