In order to regulate the management of colours, the image of the city of Americanization and the upgrading of the city's goods, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Plan of Urban and Rural Planning of the SARS, this approach is being developed in the light of the actual provisions of this city.

Article 2 governs new construction, alteration, expansion and replication within the city area.

Article 3. Urban and urban planning authorities are responsible for building colour planning.

The executive authorities, such as construction, urban management, and culture, should be jointly managed in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

Article IV

(i) The fervents of the outside of the building should be coordinated, balanced and balancing in the form between the colour, auxiliary and emphasis;

(ii) Designation and painting in the form of sub-sections and subsidiaries in the light of the outside construction;

(iii) Rapid paths, top trajectorys, and road, rail, navia diametery, or colours;

(iv) The colour of the buildings and subsidiary facilities should be used in the light of the colour of the outside wall and in coordination with the surrounding natural landscape environment;

(v) The colour of facilities such as landscapes in the outside of the building environment, outside advertisements, walls, doors and doors should be coordinated with the building colour;

(vi) Property protection units, historical buildings and other buildings that require protection should be maintained, and the surrounding landscape environment should be coordinated with them.

Article 5 Urban and urban planning authorities should organize guidelines for the development of urban colour planning and construction of colour-control techniques, which are followed by the approval of municipal governments.

The detailed planning of control should follow up on the content of urban colour planning, with clear control requirements for building blocks.

Urban design, construction of detailed planning, and street landscape planning should contain elements such as stereotyped design intentions along the street's buildings and the construction of colour-sensors.

Article 7. Urban and urban planning authorities should propose, in planning conditions, the design requirements for building colour control, specifying the control of outside-construction spectrometers or recommending speculation.

Article 8. The construction engineering design programme should be based on the design requirements of construction colour control, with specialized designs for building blocks. The colour-impact map of the building should be marked by a description of the substance.

Article 9. The urban and rural planning authorities should strengthen the review of the specific design elements of construction design in the construction work design programme; review of the design elements that are not in line with the requirements of the construction-based colour control design; and make proposals for revisions.

Special areas, important paragraphs, outside-constellation of major projects, should be organized by experts.

Article 10. Construction of construction map designs should be designed in the light of changes made by urban and rural planning authorities.

The construction units should be accompanied by a colour-impact map for the construction of the engineering planning licence.

Article 11. The urban and rural planning authorities should review elements such as the design map and the colour-impact maps in the construction of engineering planning licences; and refrain from nuclear construction planning licences when they do not meet the requirements of construction colour control.

Article 12 Review of the construction work map design document should contain features of construction. The construction of administrative authorities does not permit nuclear construction.

Article 13. Construction units should be constructed in accordance with the approved building blocks and should not be allowed to change; the need for change should be agreed by the original approval department.

Article XIV, which has been constructed outside of the building should be regularly cleaned, floated, maintained with integrity, treasury and integrity by law; external bleaching, destabilization, and the construction of property units or property owner should carry out paints and repairs in a timely manner, in accordance with the original colour.

Article 15 has been established in the form of outside-construction; there is a need for change, the construction of property rights units or the owner should apply to the planning, construction and other sectors for the processing of related procedures.

Article 16 does not build in accordance with the approved construction colour, and the urban and rural planning authorities do not verify the construction of administrative authorities through the construction of engineering planning.

Article 17 has not been authorized to change the construction of buildings that affect the city's charity, which is being converted by the urban administration of administrative law enforcement authorities, and has been fined by over 5,000 yen.

Article 18, in violation of this approach, provides that the provisions of the law, regulations and other penalties are imposed.

Article 19 may be implemented in the light of this approach.
