Methodology management of buildings in the SARS

(Summit 8th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Community of 14 November 2012 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 130 of 27 November 2012 No. 130 of the Order No. 130 of 27 November 2012 concerning the implementation of 1 January 2013)

In order to regulate the management of colours, the image of the city of Americanization and the upgrading of the city's goods, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Plan of Urban and Rural Planning of the SARS, this approach is being developed in the light of the actual provisions of this city.

Article 2 governs new construction, alteration, expansion and replication within the city area.

Article 3. Urban and urban planning authorities are responsible for building colour planning.

The executive authorities, such as construction, urban management, and culture, should be jointly managed in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

Article IV

(i) The fervents of the outside of the building should be coordinated, balanced and balancing in the form between the colour, auxiliary and emphasis;

Article 9. Article 11. Article 12 Review of the construction work map design document should contain features of construction. The construction of administrative authorities does not permit nuclear construction.

Article 13. Construction units should be constructed in accordance with the approved building blocks and should not be allowed to change; the need for change should be agreed by the original approval department.
