Article III (separation of duties)

(B) the elevator manufacturing, installation, alteration, repair arrangements were not made to the personnel of special equipment operator certificate for elevator installation, alteration, repair or its operators are not licensed;
(C) the elevator installation, alteration, repair units business subcontracting contract or subcontract.
33rd (sales unit and installation unit responsibilities)

37th (responsibility of the maintenance unit)

(A) its personnel not certified;
(B) provisions are not included in the maintenance contract;

38th (other liabilities)
Other acts in violation of these rules, provisions of the laws, regulations and rules have been, from its provisions.

The eighth chapter supplementary articles
