In order to establish a sound management system for administrative approval, dynamic management, regular evaluation of administrative clearance matters, strengthening the scientificization, rule of law, openness, informationization and the management of habitat. There is a need to further strengthen the management of the urban, district service centres, innovative means of approval and the level of services. Enhanced administrative inspection of the operation of the approval process, regulating the conduct of approval and increasing the effectiveness of the approval process.
