Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to strengthen the oversight management of passenger-delivery enterprises, regulate business practices, promote corporate responsibility, strengthen the quality of services, maintain the business order of the passenger carriers and promote their health development, and develop this approach in line with the provisions of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

In accordance with their respective responsibilities, the relevant sectors such as public safety, finance, environmental protection, planning, material prices, health, quality, business, tax and town management are performing oversight management related to the operation of a passenger-capital company.

Article IV should be governed by the principle of lawful operation, fair competition, quality services and safe operation.

Article 5 Association of Visitors Carriage Industries should provide services and self-regulation for passenger operators and operators and their practitioners, in accordance with the statute of the Association.

Chapter II

Article 6. A passenger-located automotive company shall enter into a labour contract or hire an agreement or a contract of operation in accordance with the law.

Article 11. The passenger-located automotive company should grant policy benefits such as fuel subsidies in a timely and full manner to the renter.

Article 12. The passenger transport company should assist the Government in its smooth transportation, operation of scientific organizations, the implementation of the vehicle operation efficiency vetting system, the strengthening of labour discipline, the strengthening of vehicle operation controls, the misappropriation of the vehicle and the flow of the downturn, and the reasonable scheduling of travel hours and the management and logistics security of passenger freight rental vehicles.

Article 13 A passenger-located automotive company should be aware of social supervision and the designation of a department or person to receive complaints.

Chapter III Oversight appraisal

Article 21

(ii) The archaeological level is a qualified automotive company, giving priority under the same conditions in activities such as the predominance of the industry;

(iv) The archaeological level is a non-qualified automotive vehicle company, which upgrades vehicle business indicators and cannot be reconciled within the next archaeological life cycle, without participation in industrial demonstration, precipitation awards.

Chapter IV Legal responsibility

Article 22, a passenger carrier company violates this scheme by one of the following acts, by the municipal road transport management agency, and by fines of more than one million yen:

(i) To ensure that vehicle technology is good in accordance with the provisions;

(ii) The establishment and implementation of the complaints reporting system in accordance with the provisions;

(iii) Inadequate and fully grant policy subsidies such as rental vehicle driver fuel subsidies;

(v) The right to operate for rental vehicles or unauthorized transfers.

In violation of this approach by a passenger-located automotive company, one of the following acts is converted by the municipal road transport management authority and fines of up to three thousand dollars:

(i) The employment of a person who has not obtained a profitable certificate or a driver who has not been registered by a municipal road transport authority for business activities;

(ii) The management, education, training and examination of practitioners in accordance with the provisions.

Article 24 violates other acts of this approach, which are punishable by law, legislation and regulations.

Article 25 Administrative authorities of municipal transport and their staff play a role in the management of passenger motor vehicles, abuse of authority, provocative fraud, and are governed by the law by the relevant administrative organs; and constitute a crime and are criminally criminalized by law.

Chapter V

Article 26 oversees the operation of passenger rental automotive enterprises in the Red Cross, Nongyong, Ripert District, and in the provinces of Riran, in the light of this approach.
