Chapter I General

Article 1 establishes this approach in the light of the laws, regulations and regulations of the People's Republic of China Act, the Regulations on the Physical Management of Goods and Services, in order to regulate the operation and preserve the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, the business sector and other administrators.

Article 5

Article 6. Chapter II

Article 10

Article 11. Business-related enterprises, such as postal, communications, heating and gas, undertake routine inspections and maintenance of subsidiary facilities and shall enter into contracts to agree on the rights obligations of both parties.

After the completion of the process of receipt of the new construction project in Article 12, the parties may be delivered.

Article 13. The development of construction units shall transfer the following information to the pre-professional service enterprise within 30 days of the delivery of new construction projects:

(i) The completion of the full-fledged map, the completion of the single building, structure, equipment, and the completion of the inspection material, such as the installation of the facility and the underground network engineering map;

(ii) Technical material such as installation, use and maintenance of facilities equipment;

(iii) Quality-of-living documentation and the use of notes by the material industry;

(iv) Rosters;

(v) Other information necessary for the management of the material industry.

In the event of the termination of the service contract, the above-mentioned information should be transferred to the enterprise of the owners of the industry or to the newly established goods and services; the above-mentioned information would be kept by the Committee of the Residents in the name of the Committee of the Residents.

Article XIV Development of units, business-service enterprises and other units with the obligation to maintain information and their staff shall carry out their duties to prevent the loss of information and disclosure.

Chapter III

Article 15 establishes a conference of owners in a region of operation management.

Article 17

(iv) Identification of the conditions for candidates and electoral options for members of the Commission;

(v) The organization of candidates for the first member of the Commission;

(vi) Other preparatory work for the convening of the first Conference of the Conference of the Legislatures.

Article 19

(vii) Organizing and overseeing the mobilization and use of earmarked maintenance funds;

(viii) Disputes arising from the use, maintenance and management of agents of the mediation industry and industry services;

(ix) Other responsibilities.

Article 20

(i) The diversion and appropriation of property owned by the owner;

(ii) To seek, receive and pay for the benefit and interests of the owners of the industry, the illicit receipt of construction units, the enterprise of the goods and services;

(iii) Infring on the operation of the Regional Carriage Service;

(iv) In the event of the use of the job, the royalties of the business sector are required;

(v) Release information from the owners of the industry or for activities not related to the management of the material industry;

(vi) Other damage to the common interests of the owner or may affect its fair performance.

Article 21, Article 21, Article 20 of the membership of the Industrial Development Board, may terminate the membership of its members by either the General Assembly of the Industrial Development Organization or the Commission of the Mains authorized by the Conference.

Chapter IV

Chapter V

(vi) Provide, in accordance with the provisions, information concerning the management services of the material industry in a timely manner;

(vii) Proclamation, suppression and denial of dissuade and immediate reporting to the relevant sectors of the Territory, in a timely manner, of violations committed in the area of the management of the property or possible infringement of the rights of the owners;

(viii) Other obligations under the legal, legislative and regulatory provisions and the agreement on the services contract.

Article 37 Enterprises in the event that:

(i) Authorize all service operations agreed upon in the Workplace contract to others;

(ii) Oriental change in the use of a common office, a shared facility equipment or its operation;

(iii) The forced designation of specific service enterprises or the marketing of commodities to the owners of the industry;

(iv) After the termination of the work service contract, the transfer of relevant information, assets or withdrawal from the area of operation management;

(v) Release information from the owners of the industry or for activities not related to the management of the material industry;

(vi) Other acts prescribed by law, regulations.

Article 338, in the absence of a violation of the relevant provisions and the legitimate rights of the owner, the owner and the owner, the enterprise of the industry may operate in accordance with the approval of the Conference or the agreement of the goods and services contract.

Prior to the selection of the business service, the Commission shall convene the Conference of the Mainities of the Industry to vote on the options, the duration of the contract and the terms of the contract. Article 40

Article 40 shall pay the expenses of the goods industry, water, electricity, gas, sanitation, in accordance with the agreement.

Article 42 Business-service enterprises are entrusted to other enterprises with dedicated service operations and should be responsible for the management of an indication in the region.

Article 43

Article 44 covers the following cases in the area of the management of the material industry, which should report on a timely basis to the relevant administration, professional units:

Chapter VI Legal responsibility

Article 42 abuses by State organs and their staff in the management of the material industry, insistance, infrastructural fraud, are governed by the law by the relevant authorities for the competent and other direct responsible personnel directly responsible; constitutes a crime punishable by law.

Article 50, in violation of this approach, provides for the development of construction units, business-service enterprises and their staff members to extract information from the owners of the industry on their own, or for reasons of mismanagement, to be fined by more than 3,000 dollars in the integrated administration of urban administration and to be recorded in poor credit records by the urban and rural housing construction administration.

Article 50, in violation of the provisions of this approach, provides that when the goods service contract terminates, the business sector does not fulfil its obligations of exit and handover, is responsibly modified by a fine of up to 3,000 dollars for the integrated administration of urban management and is recorded in the housing sector.
