In order to safeguard the Socialist legal system, better adapted to comprehensively promoting administration according to law, speed up the construction of rule of law to a Government request, 53rd Executive meeting of November 30, 2015, provincial research, decided to abolish the provincial Government of Jiangxi provincial management of silkworm eggs 4 regulations.

This decision shall take effect from the date of its promulgation.

Administrative measures for silkworm eggs in Jiangxi province



February 10, 1998, the provincial government issued on the 71st, January 30, 2014, provincial government order No. 210, amended.



Method of main contents of the regulations with the host of the People's Republic of China animal husbandry Act is inconsistent, and the Ministry of Agriculture announced on June 28, 2006, the administrative measures for silkworm egg on silkworm egg management provides a comprehensive, specific provisions, currently the province management for silkworm eggs of the silkworm egg management approach, therefore, that regulation should be repealed.

Interim measures on forest limitation cutting management in Jiangxi province



On July 9, 1991, the provincial government released 4th, 64th on February 10, 1998 the provincial government amended, 109th amended on January 17, 2002 the provincial government. The regulations, forest limitation cutting management including preparation of annual wood production planning and supervision, inspection, and acceptance of the cutting area, this latest policy is clearly inconsistent with the national forest resources harvesting and management, therefore, that regulation should be repealed.

Administrative measures on geological disaster prevention and control in Jiangxi province



Released on June 2, 2000, the provincial government, the 95th, 134th amended on June 30, 2004 the provincial government.



Jiangxi province, which was July 27, 2013, adopted by the 12th session of the Standing Committee of the national people's Congress fifth Conference considered the alternative in the treatment and prevention of geological disasters in Jiangxi province, the regulations should be repealed.

Jiangxi province labor dispute solution



Released November 9, 2005, the provincial government, the 144th. The regulations on December 29, 2007, the tenth National People's Congress Standing Committee adopted by the 31st session of the People's Republic of China contradict the law on mediation and arbitration of labor disputes, therefore, that regulation should be repealed.
