Article 1 regulates the management and use of the Silk Roads in order to strengthen the protection of the historic monuments of the sea, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Cultural Objects in the People's Republic of China, the approach to the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Republic of China, the provisions on the protection of Chinese property in the State of the Republic of China, and the provisions on the protection of Chinese property in the city.

Article 2 states that the history of the sea Silk Road is known as the archaeological monuments, buildings and sites for the protection of the archaeological monuments of the Silk Roads in the city, such as the guide to the sanctuary sites, the South Tombo and the Guanton site.

(iv) The cultivation of trees developed;

(v) Other acts that endanger the history of the sea Silk Road and its environmental and historical landscape.

Article 14 shall not carry out engineering activities that are not relevant to the protection of the material; the implementation of the following material protection works shall be in place and shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions:

(i) Construction, alteration, expansion of the facilities for the protection of cultural property;

(ii) Renovation and maintenance of the material;

(iii) pave the lines of communication, electricity, water supply and drainage;

(iv) The establishment of fire prevention, defence, piracy facilities and the construction of flood defence works;

(v) Construction works for other material protection.

Article 33 provides for implementation effective 1 February 2016.
