Article 2, this approach applies to the management of the use of new commodity housing in State-owned land within the city's administration.

Article 3 provides the executive authority responsible for supervision of the delivery of commodity housing throughout the city. The establishment of administrative authorities is specifically responsible for the processing, nuclear testing and day-to-day management of commodity housing in the current administration.

Planning and land resources, housing, urban construction, public safety fire, human protection, environmental protection, civil affairs, urban administration, etc. should be managed in accordance with the division of duties.

Article IV provides water supply, electricity, heating, heating, drainage, road lights, safe technicians, or professional operating units accompanying works, and shall be constructed in accordance with engineering contracts and laws, regulations and policy requirements signed with real estate development enterprises.

Article 5 Before the use of commodity housing, the development of construction units shall apply to the construction of administrative authorities in the areas in which the project is located, in the counties (markets) for the processing of nuclear tests and the provision of the following materials:

(i) Permits for sales (previous);

(ii) A copy of the receipt for the construction of houses in the Province of Largeen;

(iii) The name of the urban buildings and buildings in the town of Shein;

(iv) The handover procedures for the provision of public services accompanying facilities such as education, medical, sanitation, human defence, property management and other commercial services and management, as required by the planning process;

(v) Open documents such as water supply, electricity, heating, fuel. To adopt temporary measures to provide evidence documents in the relevant sectors;

(vi) A written report on the path of the park, on the completion of the greening works;

(vii) A list of approvals for the building blocks;

(viii) The award contract with the pre-shipment industry company;

(ix) Other material provided by law, regulations, regulations and policies.

The establishment of administrative authorities in the district, district (market) shall review the applicant's application material. The material is all-time and, from the date of receipt of the request, the establishment of administrative authorities in the district, district (market) shall be subject to on-site verification of the project for the delivery of commodity housing.

Article 7

(i) The main entrance of the project is linked to the municipal roads;

(ii) The main access to the streets, the road and the name of the project and the gate;

(iv) The completion of facilities such as water supply, electricity, heating, fuel and drainage;

(vii) The completion of the corresponding facilities available for transition use by the project development units, in line with planning requirements, for education, medical, sanitation, human defence, property management and other commercial services and management, which have not yet been matched by project construction;

(viii) The completion of the construction project and the separation facility at the construction site.

Article 8. Regions, districts (markets) should build administrative authorities within three working days of the end of on-site verification, re-establishing on-site verification of eligible projects by means of a certificate of recognition of the conditions for the delivery of commodity housing in the Shen positive city; verification of non-qualified projects that would require the restructuring of construction units.

Article 9 provides for the establishment of administrative authorities within three working days of the Shenung-Commodity Housing Terminal Recognition, and the delivery of nuclear tests, to be reported on the establishment of administrative authorities.

In the delivery of commodity housing, the development of construction units should make the “Recognition of the conditions for the delivery of commodity housing in the city of Shenung” public at the place of delivery of commodity housing and provide copies of copies to buyers.

Article 11. The development units shall be subject to the confirmation of the conditions for the delivery of commodity housing in the city of Shein, the zone (commune) property authorities to apply for the delivery of commodity housing projects without access to the Commodity Housing project, which shall not be delivered.

Article 12. The development of construction units, in violation of this approach, will not be used for the delivery of commodity housing in the Shenung-Commodity Housing Terminal Recognition, which shall be discontinued by the establishment of an administrative authority responsible for the development of a construction unit, the duration of the service and the imposition of a fine of up to five thousand dollars in accordance with each housing sales, but the maximum penalty shall not exceed $30,000. Without change, the relevant sectors do not have the approval of new construction projects for development units.

The development of construction units, in violation of this approach, will not be used for the delivery of commodity housing in the Shenung-Commodity Housing Terminal Recognition, which is recorded in the corporate credit file by the municipal construction administrative authorities and made public.
