Article 1, in order to enhance the management of the delivery of commodity housing, protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties to the sale of commodity homes, develop this approach in line with the relevant provisions of the State Department's Regulations on the Management of Business in Urban Property Development, the Regulations on the Quality of Construction Engineering and the Shen Towns Act.

Article 2, this approach applies to the management of the use of new commodity housing in State-owned land within the city's administration.

Article 3 provides the executive authority responsible for supervision of the delivery of commodity housing throughout the city. The establishment of administrative authorities is specifically responsible for the processing, nuclear testing and day-to-day management of commodity housing in the current administration.

Planning and land resources, housing, urban construction, public safety fire, human protection, environmental protection, civil affairs, urban administration, etc. should be managed in accordance with the division of duties.

Article IV provides water supply, electricity, heating, heating, drainage, road lights, safe technicians, or professional operating units accompanying works, and shall be constructed in accordance with engineering contracts and laws, regulations and policy requirements signed with real estate development enterprises.

Article 7

Article 8. Regions, districts (markets) should build administrative authorities within three working days of the end of on-site verification, re-establishing on-site verification of eligible projects by means of a certificate of recognition of the conditions for the delivery of commodity housing in the Shen positive city; verification of non-qualified projects that would require the restructuring of construction units.

Article 9 provides for the establishment of administrative authorities within three working days of the Shenung-Commodity Housing Terminal Recognition, and the delivery of nuclear tests, to be reported on the establishment of administrative authorities.
