In order to enhance the protection of the long-range fishing sites, this approach has been developed in the light of the approach to the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Cultural Property in the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 2 protects the fishing sites.

Article 20 units and individuals operating in the context of the conservation of the long-range fishing sites shall be subject to the regulations relating to the operation management of the fishing plant in order to guarantee the safety of the sites of the fishing city.

Article 27, in violation of this approach, provides for the transfer of long-range fishing sites to businesses or the development of safe tourism, culture, which endangers long-range fishing sites, to be converted by the executive branch of the property; and the imposition of fines of more than 300,000 yen by more than 10000 dollars.

In violation of this approach, civil responsibility is assumed by law for the loss of property relating to the long-range city's sites; penalties are imposed by law in violation of the provisions of the security administration; alleged crimes are transferred to the judiciary.

Article 31 of this approach is implemented effective 1 March 2016.
