    Aquaculture production units and individuals should be configured and adapted to aquaculture and the production capacity of the water treatment facility and the corresponding testing water quality, aquatic organisms and other basic equipment.

    19th levels of fishery administrative departments and technical popularization setups shall strengthen the safe use of drugs in aquaculture promotion, training and technical guidance.
    20th Ministry of agriculture is responsible for the development of a national aquaculture drug residue monitoring plans, and their implementation.
    Fishery administrative departments of the people's Governments at and above the county level shall be responsible for monitoring of drug residues in aquaculture products within their respective administrative areas.
    21st aquaculture units and individuals shall accept fishery administrative departments of the people's Governments above the county level organization of drug residues in aquaculture products sampling.
