    DMV shall notice the original vehicle registration certificates and vehicle license set aside transfer registration and at the same time, issuing vehicle registration certificates and vehicle license.

    Replacement of motor vehicle registration certificate shall be suspended during the vehicle's registration.

    34th motor vehicle owner to apply for the inspection certificate, shall submit a travel card, motor vehicle compulsory third party liability insurance certificate, motor vehicle safety inspection certificate of qualification certificate for security technologies.
    The DMV should be within one day from the date of the acceptance, confirm the vehicle, relating to motor vehicle traffic safety violations and accidents after verification and issuance of motor vehicle inspection certificate.
    Motor vehicles involved in road traffic safety violations and accidents is not disposed of, and not be issued the inspection certificate. 35th test of motor vehicles could not be registered, the owner of the vehicle shall apply to the registration to the DMV delegate issuing the inspection certificate. Application, the owner shall submit a travel card, motor vehicle compulsory third party liability insurance certificate.
    The DMV should be within one day from the date of the acceptance, relating to motor vehicle traffic safety violations and accidents after verification, issuance of the inspection certificate issued by power of attorney. Vehicle examination after passing inspection, the owner of the vehicle shall be in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of this article 34th to be entrusted to the DMV to apply for the inspection certificate, and submitted to the inspection certificate issued by power of attorney.
