    Chapter by-laws in accordance with the provisions of article 28th needed by a specialized agency or personnel for maritime administrative Licensing application procedures, and the specialized agencies should apply to the maritime administrative agency for record, personnel should be adequately trained.
    29th the maritime administrative agency and its staff in violation of the provisions of article, in accordance with the administrative licensing law and the communications administrative license supervision and accountability provisions pursue the appropriate legal responsibility. 30th article of the regulations come into force on April 1, 2006.
                                                                                                  Ministry previously released about conditions for maritime administrative licensing provisions are inconsistent with this provision, from the date of entry into force of these regulations, in accordance with this regulation.
