    16th electric power enterprises and their staff shall coordinate with, assist the SERC and its agencies make on-site inspections, in accordance with the relevant provision of relevant information and data.
    17th SERC and its staff on the basis of the implementation of the measures related to electricity reliability supervision work, be investigated for responsibility according to law.
    18th electric power enterprises, one of the following acts shall be investigated for criminal responsibility: (a) making false statements on or concealing power reliability information; (b) falsifying or tampering with electricity reliability information; (c) refusing to report or repeatedly delaying power reliability information; (d) refuse or impede the electricity regulatory body and its staff shall conduct inspection and verification. 19th article this way since May 10, 2007.
