    18th electric power enterprises, one of the following acts shall be investigated for criminal responsibility: (a) making false statements on or concealing power reliability information; (b) falsifying or tampering with electricity reliability information; (c) refusing to report or repeatedly delaying power reliability information; (d) refuse or impede the electricity regulatory body and its staff shall conduct inspection and verification. 19th article this way since May 10, 2007.
