(VIII) use the absolute language, deception, misleading the public and intentionally uses typos or tamper with the idiom;
(I) used in commercial advertising, disguised People's Republic of China national flag, national emblem, national anthem, use, disguise the use of national leaders, on behalf of the leaders, images, sounds, words, characters or State organs and functionaries of the names or images;
