    First, the Hong Kong and Macao service providers established in the Mainland to engage in the publication distribution enterprises the minimum registered capital requirement, compared with mainland enterprises.

    Second, the provisions of the Hong Kong and Macao service providers should comply with the Mainland and Hong Kong closer economic partnership arrangement and the Mainland/Macao closer economic partnership arrangement in terms of "service provider" definition and requirements of the relevant provisions.

    Three in the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao service providers of books, newspapers and magazines distribution of other matters in the field, still in accordance with the foreign-invested books, newspapers and periodicals distribution enterprises management approach implementation. Four, these provisions come into force on October 1, 2009.
