Chapter II application for use

(E) the AQSIQ request other materials.

Tenth AQSIQ, the inspection and quarantine authority shall verify according to the rules of isolation using application.

(C) isolation facilities and environmental conditions change.
15th have been isolated using certificate, when one of the following occurs, withdrawn by the issuing authority:
(A) quarantine the original changing facilities and sanitation, isolation quarantine conditions and requirements are not met;
(B) isolation class of animals, where infectious diseases, parasites, or other emergencies.
Article 16th person with fraud, bribery or other improper means of the isolated field permits, inspection and quarantine authorities of the isolation permits will be revoked according to law.
Chapter III inspection preparation

Forage, feed and bedding shall be under the supervision of inspection and quarantine institutions, recognized by the inspection and quarantine authorities for fumigated units;
Aquatic animals may be fed with fresh bait, special needs, inspection and quarantine agencies shall first seek consent of the consent;
(C) shall, in accordance with the requirements of the inspection and quarantine agencies, appropriate reserve the necessary disinfection equipment, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and establish entry inspection and acceptance and use of registration systems; (D) the raising and quarantine management personnel, before entering the isolation should be qualified health inspections of medical institutions and obtain a health certificate. (C) on isolated sites, facilities, apparatus for disinfection.

During the 32nd for animal quarantine, quarantine using one of the following circumstances, be warned by the inspection and quarantine authorities are serious, fined 10,000 yuan fine:
(A) the persons, vehicles, goods inspection and quarantine agencies agree that effective disinfection and epidemic prevention measures had been taken, unauthorized entry into isolation;
(B) the feeding of quarantined animals other than animals;

Isolation and quarantine during the 34th article, any of the following circumstances, the inspection and quarantine authorities fined a maximum of 10,000 yuan for quarantined users:
