List of priority industries for foreign investment in the Midwest (May 9, 2013, the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce released 1th June 10, 2013) list of priority industries for foreign investment in the Central and Western region (revised in 2013) has been approved by the State Council, are hereby published since June 10, 2013.
December 23, 2008, the national development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce released the list of priority industries for foreign investment in the Midwest (2008 revision) (national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, 2008 4th) repealed simultaneously. According to the provisions on guiding foreign investment direction (State Council Decree of 2002 No. 346), and belongs to the list of foreign investment projects, enjoying preferential policies for encouraging foreign-funded projects.
