  Department of transportation decided to regularation for passenger transportation and management regulations (Transportation Department order 2012 of 8th) as follows:

Chapter I General provisions

Chapter II business license

(4) operating four passenger lines scheduled bus transport operator shall own passenger car in the class 1 or more;

(5) operating provincial chartered passenger transport operator shall own senior operating bus roundtrip more than 20 vehicles, more than 600;

(6) to operate chartered passenger transport operators in the province, should be its own operating roundtrip bus 5 or more, more than 100.

(B) driving personnel engaged in passenger operation, shall comply with the following conditions:

1. obtain a corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

2. age less than 60 years of age;

More than 3.3 years, no major traffic accident records;

4. the district municipal transportation authority passenger concerned regulations, motor vehicle maintenance and basic knowledge of first aid of passengers passing the examination and obtain the appropriate qualification.

76th in violation of this provision, passenger transport operators, terminal operators of illegal transfer, lease of road transport operators license, by the road transport authorities above the county level shall be ordered to desist from the illegal act, collection of relevant documents of less than 2000 Yuan and 10,000 yuan fine has illegally obtained, confiscation of illicit proceeds.

77th in violation of this provision, passenger transport operators have one of the following acts, covered by the road transport authorities above the county level ordered; refusing to insure, by the road transport licensing authority shall revoke the license or revoked the operating range:

(A) does not cover the carrier's liability insurance for travellers;

(B) not complying with the minimum amount insured;

(C) cover the carrier's liability insurance has expired, do not continue to insure.

78th in violation of this provision, ferry licensed ferry operators made use of the road transport permits vehicles to participate in the passenger business, the road transport authorities above the county level shall order rectification, fined not more than 3000 Yuan and 10,000 yuan.

Violation of these provisions, passenger transport operators do not carry pursuant to the provisions of the road transport certificates, the road transport authorities above the county level shall order rectification, warning or fined not more than 20 Yuan and 200 Yuan.

79th in violation of this provision, operators of passenger (including international road passenger transport operators), terminal operators and terminal operators not complying with the requirement to use road transport related services Special tickets or transfers, reselling, forged road transport special ticket, the road transport authorities above the county level shall order rectification, between 3000 and 1000 Yuan Yuan fine.

(A) allowing vehicles into the station does not have a business license to engage in business activities;

(B) allowing vehicles to pass out;

(C) allowed to depart without a vehicle safety check or fail to pass the security check;

(D) engaged in business activities without a legitimate reason to refuse passenger vehicle into the station.

83rd article violates this provision terminal operators have one of the following, by the road transport authorities above the county level shall order rectification refuses, 3000 Yuan fines has illegally obtained, confiscation illegal obtained:

(B) does not release the route, departure and stops, flight, departure time and price.
