Meteorological equipment mentioned in these measures refers to dedicated to weather detection and forecasting, service and artificial influence on weather, space weather and other weather service meteorological equipment, instruments, meters, use equipment and corresponding software systems.

Local meteorological departments at all levels are responsible for the administrative supervision and management of meteorological equipment in use.

The applicant should be responsible for the truthfulness of their application materials. Nineth the competent Meteorological Department under the State Council shall, within five working days of receipt of all application materials, in accordance with the People's Republic of China administrative license law of the 32nd and the conditions as provided herein to accept or not to accept a written decision.

19th no organization or individual shall not be altered, forged, reselling, leasing or lending of the meteorological equipment uses license.

20th no units and individuals of the meteorological equipment uses license distribution and management of process violations have the right to report the competent Meteorological Department under the State Council shall promptly verify, process.

21st major quality issues, problems in licensee refuses to rectification or modification does not meet requirements, the competent Meteorological Department under the State Council shall, in accordance with the interested party application or ex officio revocation of administrative licensing decision.

The 22nd under any of the following circumstances, the competent Meteorological Department under the State Council shall be in accordance with the law on administrative licensing of the cancellation: (a) the license expiry without renewal, (ii) termination of legal person according to law, and (iii) license is revoked according to law; (d) laws and regulations shall be revoked of licenses in other circumstances. 26th article violates these rules, use without permission or be cancelled, revoked after production of meteorological equipment and cause harm, and managers directly responsible and other persons directly responsible shall be given administrative punishment if the case is serious enough to constitute a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. November 22, 2006, the China Meteorological Administration reported the meteorological equipment using license management policy (China Meteorological Administration 14th) repealed simultaneously. According to the China Meteorological Administration 14th has been made of the meteorological equipment used within the validity period of the license remain in force.
