71st forgery, fraudulent use, the sale of the certification marks or certificates, in accordance with the People's Republic of China product quality law and other laws of the investigation. 72nd administrative penalties stipulated in these regulations shall be formulated by the certification and accreditation administration or its authorized local certification supervision and management departments in accordance with the respective implementation.
Otherwise provided for by laws and administrative regulations, in accordance with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations.
