Tenth article has following case one of of, for major accident: (a) caused 10 people above 30 people following death, or 50 people above 100 people following injured, or 50 million Yuan above 100 million Yuan following directly economic loss of; (ii) passenger train derailed 18 car above of; (three) freight train derailed 60 car above of; (four) passenger train derailed 2 car above 18 car following, and interrupted busy route railway lane 24 hours above or interrupted other line railway lane 48 hours above of;
(E) freight train derailment of 6 more than 60 cars, and interrupt the busy trunk line railway for more than 24 hours or interrupt other lines of railway traffic for more than 48 hours.
