(Prelease No. 150 of the Order of the People's Government of Angué, 8 October 2002) Article 1, in order to regulate the public publication of the documents of the executive organs, enhance transparency in administrative work, promote the administration of the law and develop this provision. Article 2 The law, legislation and regulations have special provisions for the publication of documents, from their provisions. Article III defines the terms of this provision as follows: (i) Government-owned sectors: including government components, direct agencies, executing agencies and other institutions exercising government administrative functions in accordance with the law; (ii) Normative documents: references to the Government and its sectors, in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations, regulations and other superior laws, to regulate administrative affairs, public publication and repeated application of documents that are generally binding. Article IV Governments and their sectors should openly issue documents in the form prescribed to inform natural persons, legal persons and other organizations that are in the interest of the document. Article 5 (i) The present Government communiqué; (ii) Generally issued newspapers in the present administration region; (iii) The website of the Government or the sector; (iv) The bulletin column and other loads that allow the administration to be informed in a timely manner. The Government's bulletins should be published in a timely manner in accordance with Government regulations, other normative documents and documents dealing with the rights of natural persons, legal persons and other organizations. The newspapers that are widely distributed within the present administration should be published in a timely manner in accordance with the regulations of the Government and, at the request of the organ, other normative documents and documents dealing with the rights of natural, legal and other organizations. Article 7. The published regulations, the form of normative documents, which are made available by the Government's rule of law sector, are made available by the document-making body. Public issuance of documents through Article 5, subparagraphs I and II of the present article shall also be submitted for publication or publication. Article 8 The documents are issued only in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 3, and in a manner that is provided for in Article 5, paragraph 3, of the present article, and the document-making body shall produce the appropriate format document as a standard text.
