In order to strengthen the protection, management and improvement of the ecological environment, the city of Americanization, the physical and mental health of the people, and to develop this approach in line with the Greenization Regulation of the Cities of the Nin summer Self-Government Zone, the Greenization Regulation of the City of Galichuan and the relevant laws and regulations.
Article II refers to parks for public lobbying, recuperation, recognition, activities such as Kopp, culture and exercise and physical integrity, greenfields and places with improved facilities and good ecological environments, including integrated parks, animal parks, plant parks, forest parks, etc.
Article 3. This approach applies to the management of parks in the city planning area.
Article IV is responsible for the management of the city's parks by the Greening Administration in the Galichuan City. The park management units established by parks are specifically responsible for the day-to-day management of parks.
The executive branch, such as planning and land resources, construction, city administration, public safety, culture, material and environmental protection, should assist in the management of parks in accordance with their respective responsibilities.
Article 5 There is a need to change the nature of use, which should be approved by the Government of the city, with the approval of the authorities of the city's greening, planning and land resources.
Article 6. The park needs to be renovated, and the rehabilitation programme should be reviewed by the municipal parking greener administrative authorities and reported in accordance with the relevant procedures.

Gang trees and monuments in parks are strictly protected and managed by the Park Management Unit in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations.

The operator shall operate at the designated location of the park management unit without unauthorized change of the nature of the operation, the location of the operation or the expansion of the area of operation.
The sale of goods in parks is prohibited.

In accordance with the actual situation of parks, the park management unit has established closed-door parks under the principle of facilitating tourist parks to carry out cruise service operations.
Article 19 tourists should be civilized parks, frastructuralization and facilities and comply with the regulations governing the park.
Article 20 prohibits:
(i) Carry and other objects;
(ii) Removal of the wall, self-leading vehicle into the park;
(iii) Injuring animals, poaching of birds, spontaneousing of water;
(iv) Considence, dumping of sewerage, inclination (cillage), humiliation, severage, and damage to the sanitation of parks such as terrain and size;
(v) Oriental exhumation, damage to the park's place of parking, presupposing and writings on construction (construction) and various facilities;
(vi) unauthorized fire, accommodation camps;

(viii) Releasing, hiding advertisements;

(xii) Other acts prohibited by law, regulations and regulations.

Article 27, in violation of this approach, creates damage to park facilities and trees, and the parties should be liable to liability; the alleged offence was committed before the judiciary.
In violation of this provision, the Park Management Unit has not been able to manage its responsibilities, resulting in damage to facilities or accidental accidents, to hold administrative responsibility for its heads and the relevant responsibilities, and to refer to the judiciary to deal with the law.
Article 29 does not determine administrative penalties and may apply to administrative review or administrative proceedings in accordance with the law.
The parties did not apply for administrative review, did not initiate administrative proceedings and did not comply with administrative sanctions decisions, and the authorities that had made administrative sanctions decisions applied for enforcement by the People's Court.
Article 33 of the city's administration is carried out in the light of this approach by small-scale parks in the city's administration area, the rolling poles and the proponents.
Article 31 of this approach was implemented effective 6 November 2002.
