In order to regulate the introduction of the management of animal and animal products in the province, prevent the transmission of animal diseases, accelerate the construction of demonstration zones in the province that do not provide for animal diseases (hereinafter referred to as sanitary zones) and guarantee the physical health of the people, and develop this approach in line with the provisions of the National People's Republic of China's Animal Protection Act, the Utilities in the Province of Sea and other relevant laws, regulations and regulations.
Article 2 introduces animal and animal products outside the province as well as units and individuals engaged in activities related to the introduction of animal and animal products.

Any unit and individual found that the illegal introduction of animal and animal products should be reported to local animal protection monitoring bodies in a timely manner.
Article 8. Prohibition of livestock, transport, smugglers, acquisitions, processing and storage of the following animal and animal products:
(i) The documents are incomplete, ineffective or incompatible with the documents;
(ii) Removal or falsification of documents, documents;
(iii) Be derived from the directory of access;
(iv) No entry from the designated crossing;
(v) The suspected transmission;
(vi) Drug residues or toxic toxic hazardous substances exceed national or provincial control standards;
(vii) Use of national drugs;
(viii) The phasing-out of species, eggs and breast-uses;
(ix) Invalidity;
(x) The causes of illness or death are unknown.
The introduction of animal and animal products is one of the pre-paragraphs (i) to (v) and is subject to a separate observation by an animal-protection monitoring body under the law and to a test by a wide range of sanitary diagnostic laboratories at the district level; and one of the provisions of subparagraphs (vi) to (x) is treated in an environmentally sound manner under the law.
Article 9. Units and individuals violate the provisions of this approach, which are sanctioned by the ISPRA in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act on the Conservation of Animal Diseases in the People's Republic of China and the Modalities for the management of the Native Diseases in the Southern Province.
Article 10 has one of the following conditions for access to the land, which is removed by the provincial authorities of the veterinary veterinary veterinary medical authorities:
(i) Be identified as a sanitary area;
(ii) The introduction of animal and animal products found that there were national regulations for the control of animal diseases;
(iii) The introduction of drug residues and toxic hazardous substances in animal and animal products exceeds the national or provincial control standards;

(vi) Other non-compliant technical standards.
Article 11. Animal quarantine, supervisory, in violation of the provisions of this approach, shall be subject to administrative disposal, in accordance with the relevant provisions; in serious circumstances, the removal of their quarantine, supervisory qualifications; and the criminal responsibility of the law.
