In order to strengthen the management and collection, collation of the city's urban construction archives, effective protection and use of urban construction archives, and to fully play the role of urban construction archives in urban planning, construction and management, the development of this approach, in line with the National People's Republic of China Archives Act, the People's Republic of China Urban Planning Act, the construction of quality management regulations, in conjunction with the realities of the city.
Article II applies to the formation, reception, collection, storage, use and management of urban construction files in the city's administration.
This approach refers to urban construction files that are directly developed in urban planning, construction, management activities, which are valued in the languages, books, maps, voices, etc.
Article 3. Urban construction of archives in this city should be integrated into national economic and social development plans and ensure that they are adapted to urban construction needs.
Article IV. The municipal planning administration is responsible for the supervision and management of the city's construction archives.
The various branches of the urban planning administration sector (hereinafter referred to as sub-offices) are responsible for the monitoring and management of urban construction files in the region under their jurisdiction.
The municipal and district, district archives administration authorities exercise oversight and guidance in urban construction archives in accordance with the law.
Article 5 Urban Architectures are responsible for receiving, collecting, collating and custoding urban construction files that should be permanent and permanently preserved, and scientific management and use of urban construction files.
The various subsectors are responsible for the day-to-day management of the collection, collection, collation, maintenance and utilization of urban construction archives in the region under their jurisdiction.
Article 6. Urban Archives should be faithful to their duties, adhere to the law, possess the expertise of urban construction archives and obtain job qualifications in accordance with the provisions.
Article 7. Article 8. The construction units shall be prepared in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the city, as well as in the city's Archives or the various subsectors of the urban construction archives (hereinafter referred to as the Urban Archives). The development of urban construction archives is difficult and can be entrusted with the preparation of the archives.
Article 9. The Urban Archives receive the following urban construction files:
(i) Business management and operational technical files, such as planning, surveying, design, construction and municipal, sanitation, public use, parking forests, people's air defence.
(ii) Construction of engineering archives.
(iii) Documentation relating to urban planning, construction, management and scientific research results and urban infrastructure.
Article 10. The construction units shall transfer to the urban Archives a full and accurate post of urban construction works within six months of the completion of the construction work.
Article 11. Professional management units such as water supply, drainage, temperature, heat, electricity, communications, underground transport, people's air condition, should be transferred annually to the Urban Archives Architecture, post-ion and slack of land. The Landline Survey and the Reimbursement Archived Archives should be transferred to the Urban Archives within six months of the end of the census, the completion and replenishment.
Article 12 Construction and construction of construction works is maintained by construction units.
Construction units have been withdrawn and urban construction files should be compiled in a timely manner and informed and transferred to urban Archives.

Article 16 provides that the Urban Archives shall determine the duration of the city's archives and the level of confidentiality, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the city.

Article 17 The Urban Archives should be published on a regular basis in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
