Harbin Municipal People's Government Decision On Abolishing Some Regulations And Regulatory Documents

In order to preserve the unity of the rule of law and to adapt to the need for an open and sound socialist market economic system, the Government of the city decided to repeal the following 30 regulations and normative documents:
i. Removal of the following 19 municipal government regulations and normative documents that were replaced by new laws, regulations and regulations:
(i) The provisions on the development of the labour market in the city of Halara (No. [1986]69 of 24 April 1986);
(ii) The Integrated Management of Urban Construction in Harhama City (No. [1986]87 of 20 June 1986);
(iii) Integrated enterprise management approach for urban construction in Harhama City (No. [1986]88 of 20 June 1986);
(iv) “Management of enterprise to internal and social pools” (Leal No. [1986] 124 of 28 September 1986);
(v) The provisions on the collection of urban infrastructure support packages (issued on 29 October 1986 [1986]142);
(vi) The Executive Rules of the State Department and the provincial government reform of the labour system (issued on 8 December 1986 [1986] 158);
(vii) The Law on the Safety and Security Management of the Removal of Agents at the Hotel in Harahama City (issued on 30 October 1987)
(viii) The “National Modalities for the management of the treasury commune” (No. [1988]11 of 25 April 1988);
(ix) “Management of the Naarham Fund” (No. 2 of the Order of the People's Government of 13 February 1990);
(x) “Practition management of private enterprises in the city of Halkoa” (No. 21 of the People's Government Order of 8 December 1990);
(xi) Interim business management approach for all enterprises in Harhama City (No. 17 of the Municipal People's Order of 27 February 1991);
(xii) The management of enterprise research development institutions in Harhama City (issued No. 3 of 22 March 1991);
(xiii) The implementation of the Regulation on the Transaction of All Industrial Enterprises for All (EMUE) (No. 1 of the People's Government Order of 8 January 1993);
(xiv) “Provisional approach to the management of the city broker” (No. 3 of the Order of the People's Government of 22 March 1994);
(xv) Provisional provision for the right to use of five deserts in the city of Halkoa (issued on 8 December 1994]8);
(xvi) The provision for the construction of small schools in the city of Halara City, No. 3 of the Municipal People's Order of 27 February 1995;
(XVII) “Provisional scheme for the annual pay of the State enterprise operator of the city of Halkohama” (No. [1996]9 of 1 January 1996);
(xviii) The Memorko Mean Mean Metropolitan accounting management approach (No. 24 of 4 January 1999);
(XIX) “Provisional approach to procurement management in the city of Halkoa” (No. [2000]23 of 28 August 2000).
The following seven municipal government regulations and normative documents that have not been adapted to the development needs of the situation were repealed:
(i) A number of provisions for adult education in the city of Halkohama (No. [1987]54 of 28 May 1987);
(ii) The provisions on the management of the Giang River City of Hara (No. [1987]60 of 20 June 1987);
(iii) The approach to the management of small-state enterprise auctions in the city of Halkohama (No. [1988]16 of 7 July 1988);
(iv) A number of provisions for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of business operators in the city of Harahama (No.
(v) A number of provisions for the retention of employees in the construction unit in the city of Halkohama (issued No. 11 of 10 May 1989);
(vi) The Ordinance on the Punishment of the Administration of Punishment in the city of Harhama (No. 6 of the Order of the People's Government of 17 May 1991);
(vii) The provision for the construction of housing in the city of Harhama (No. 11 of the Order of the People's Government of 22 June 1993).
The following four municipal government regulations and normative documents that have disappeared for the period of application or adjustments have been repealed:
(i) The provision on housing purchase bonds in the city of Halkohama (No. 19 of the Order of the People's Government of 20 November 1992);
(ii) The provisional provision for the imposition of a bridging charge in the city of Harhama (No. 20 November 1992 No. 20 of the People's Government Order of 20 November 1992);
(iii) The scheme for the recruitment of a cadres in the town of Halkoa (No. 15 of the Order of the People's Government of 11 August 1993);
(iv) “Provisional approach to operational management in the city of Halkoa” (No. 5 of the Order of the People's Government of 7 May 1994).
