Chapter I General
Article 1 establishes this approach, in line with the provisions of the People's Republic of China Act on Forced Labour and the relevant laws, regulations, such as the National Department of State, the Central Military Commission regulations on the recruitment process.

Chapter III
In the first quarter, the veterans (markets, zones) should be registered by the Ministry of National Armed of the People's Government (communes), the Street Office and the Business Unit for the appropriate male citizen.

Students who are eligible for full-time schooling are registered at the request of the military service at the school location.
When registration of military service by the Government of the People's Republic, the Street Office, the Ministry of Armed Affairs of the People's Department of Business Units, it is appropriate, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, to present the views of citizens of the Territory who have an age of military service, exemption from military service and non-military service, to be authorized by the district (commune, district) military service agencies, to be granted the Civil Code of the Sichuan Province. Chapter V Political review

Article 25 Political review is carried out in accordance with the State's provisions on the political conditions for the collection of civil servants.

Chapter VI

Chapter VII Newstorage and Transport

Article 39 should assist the recruitment offices at all levels in the conduct of work such as the Forces nouvelles, the safe passage of vehicles. The military feeding stations should be equipped with catering and services in the new military transport.
Governments at all levels should organize the escorts of the relevant departments and units for new recruits.
Chapter VIII
Article 40 deals with the reunification of the recruitment office in the province, and the recruitment office in the municipality (the State), the district (communes, districts) shall not be allowed to receive new troops or to redeploy new troops from the forces.
Article 40, which is not qualified by political conditions, should conduct investigations into the relevant sectors in a timely manner and communicate the investigation to the provincial recruitment office on a case-by-ranking basis, by the provincial recruitment office.

Chapter IX

Chapter X

Chapter XI

Article 54, in violation of article 40 of this approach, gives administrative treatment to the responsible person in question.
Article 55 of the recruitment of expatriate staff to receive bribes, abuse of duties, negligence, provocative fraud by law, and administrative disposition by law; civil liability for loss to others; and criminal liability by law.
Chapter XII
In accordance with this approach, the Government of the People of the District (communes, districts) is specifically governed by the veterans of the district (markets, districts).
Article 57, Civil Guardianship in the Sichuan Province, was developed in a uniform manner by the provincial recruitment office.
Article 58 sets of recruitment methods for female soldiers and direct recruitment of cadets from the non-military sector are further developed.
Article 59 is implemented since the date of publication. The application of recruitment in the Sichuan Province, issued on 2 September 1994, was also repealed.
