Chapter I General

Article IV. Leadership in the management of agricultural quality in the city is responsible for the organization, coordination and coordination of food safety regulation.
Article 5
Agricultural administrative authorities are responsible for the planning, identification and monitoring of the agroecological environment, the production, operation and use of inputs for planting, such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and pesticides, agricultural plant and phytosanitary activities, and for the safe regulation of food-used agricultural products for the planting industry in conjunction with the relevant sectors.

The quality technical supervision sector is responsible for the implementation of national standards and industry standards relating to the quality of food products by law, the development and organization of local standards, the screening and regulation of the quality of food processing, marketing activities, the regulation of the work of food production certification, and the clearance and management of food-use testing institutions.
The sanitary administrative authorities are responsible for the regulation of health in the areas of food processing and circulation.

Article 7 producers and operators of food-used agricultural products assume the responsibility for the quality of food-using agricultural products in accordance with the provisions of this approach.
Article 8. Governments at all levels should support scientific research and technical extensions on the quality of agricultural products, establish a system of quality standards for sound food use, quality test monitoring systems and quality safety information systems, and organize the production and operation of food-use products, in accordance with relevant technical norms, operational protocols and quality safety standards, and guarantee quality safety for food-use products.
Chapter II
Article 9. Article 28 prohibits:

(v) Relevant evidence, test symbols, certification signs for the falsification, use of food products;
(vi) The operation of laws, regulations, regulations prohibiting the sale of other food products.
Article 29 provides for the storage and transport of food products and shall guarantee the inherent quality and quality of food products.
