(October 28, 2003 21st Executive meeting of Liaoning province on October 30, 2003, Liaoning Provincial people's Government, the 164th published) of the marine fisheries regulations on the safety management in Liaoning province (hereinafter referred to as the regulations) on September 25, 2003 by th adopted at the fifth meeting of the Standing Committee of Liaoning province. The Ordinance fully covers the marine fishery in Liaoning province, interim provisions on the administration of production safety (July 13, 1988 the Liao Government issued [, 1988]58 publishing, December 26, 1997 provincial government order 87th).
              Therefore, the provincial government decided to abolish the provisional regulations on the safety management of marine fisheries production in Liaoning province.
