(Reviewed at the 17th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of the State of War, held on 16 June 2003, through the publication of the Order No. 198 of 30 November 2003 of the People's Government of the State of Alejane) In order to further advance the rule of law, transform the functions of the Government, strengthen service awareness and improve efficiency, and, on the basis of the first and second round of administrative approval reform, I have undertaken the third round of administrative approval system reforms. In accordance with the decision of the Standing Committee of the Municipalities, 374 administrative clearances for all branches and units of the municipality were retained and 121 administrative clearances for all sectors and associate units of the municipality were cancelled (with the approval of the Endowment Fund, the clearance of the vegetable base and the approval of the three administrative clearances for the sale of the commodity premises abroad had been considered at the 12th meeting of the Standing Committee of Ten Municipalities, and the approval of the 6th meeting of the Standing Committee of Ten of Governors of the Province). In addition, in response to administrative clearances delegated by the State and the provincial authorities, 15 additional administrative clearances were made available to all sectors of the city and to the immediate units. This decision has been implemented effective 1 January 2004. The provisions relating to administrative clearance matters prior to the issuance of this decision are incompatible with this decision.
