Chapter I General
Article 1 ensures the successful implementation of the National Plan of Implementation, promotes the healthy development of livestock and foreign trade in livestock products, and guarantees the health of the population, in line with the relevant national laws and regulations, and develops this approach in conjunction with my city.

Chapter II

Article 12

Article 18

Chapter V Legal responsibility
