(Summit meeting of the Hygiene Government on 31 May 2004 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 132 of 31 May 2004 by the Government of the Hygiene Communities, which was launched effective 1 July 2004)

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law on Administrative Accreditation of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations and Rules, the Government of the city decides to repeal the following regulations:
Regulation for the management of motor vehicles in the city of Hygiene
Management of residential properties in Hygiene Towns
Means of implementation of the city-wide landscape
Provisional provisions for the reform of the administrative approval system in Hygiene

The 11 regulations that had been repealed were discontinued effective 1 July 2004.
