(Adopted by the Standing Committee of the People's Government of South Kyoto, 22 April 2004, No. 228 of 20 May 2004 on the date of publication) In order to ensure the successful implementation of the administrative licence law and to preserve the unity of the rule of law, the municipal government has been cleared with existing effective government regulations and normative documents. After clearance, it was decided that the main elements were not in accordance with the provisions of the administrative licence law and that the adjustment had disappeared, had expired or had been replaced by new provisions, six government regulations and 26 normative documents (see annex).
