(The 9th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the Republic of 19 June 2003 considered the adoption of Decree No. 154 of 23 June 2003 of the Order of the Government of the People's Republic of China, which came into force on 1 July 2003)

The Government of the city has decided to amend the Modalities for the Modalities in the Restitutional City.
The second amendment reads as follows:
In addition to the highway under article IV of this approach, the management of other highway vehicle traffic costs is not applicable.”
Article IV amends as follows: “A motor vehicle shall pay a bridging fee in accordance with article 5 of this approach, through the following road blocks in the main urban area:
(i) To commend the garbage, the mile bridge, the melting of the arsenal, and the guarantor of Macao;
(ii) Glasma, Lee poles and gigacite;
(iii) The bar block of the arsenal to the tunnel;
(iv) Conferences and tunnels;
(v) A high-quality road (hereinafter referred to as a highway on the trajectory line) consisting of a front, a secondary fee road and a gateway consisting of a gateway consisting of a gateway to a parent's home, a child's yard, a militar, and a bridge (including a bridge to the family);

Article 21 adds a paragraph to section IV: “Final period of movement of motor vehicles in the second half of 2003 within the North Kyi area, by 31 July 2003 by motor vehicle owners, and the corresponding annual fee for road bridge traffic”.
This decision was implemented effective 1 July 2003.
The management scheme for the movement of road bridges in the main city of Zhenmin was released in accordance with this decision.

Annex: Management scheme for the movement of road bridges in the main urban city (as amended in 2003)

Article I, in order to fully perform the transport functions of the urban roads in the main urban areas of my city, improve the urban roads and improve the urban development environment, develop this approach in accordance with the provisions of the State Department's Urban Road Management Regulations and the Regulations on the Management of the Rejuven Municipal Engineering Facilities.
Article 2

Article IV. Mobile vehicles, through the following road blocks in the main urban area, shall pay the road blocks in accordance with article 5 of this scheme:
(i) To commend the garbage, the mile bridge, the melting of the arsenal, and the guarantor of Macao;
(ii) Summer, Lee poles and the gigacite;
(iii) The bar block of the arsenal to the tunnel;
(iv) Conferences and tunnels;

The motor vehicles that do not pay the annual rate of movement of the road block are moving at a highway line, paying the vehicle movement rate in a manner and standard prescribed by municipal price authorities, municipal transport administration authorities.
Article 6. The cost of access to the road block is charged with administrative expenses, which are fully paid to the city-level treasury and are managed on both income and expenditure lines.
The annual fee for road bridges was commissioned by the city's financial sector and will be published by the name of the receiving bank.
The travel rate is charged by the municipal administration authorities. A portion of the entry into the town can be entrusted with a highway fee station.
Article 7.
New vehicle arrivals, field vehicle relocations should pay the annual fee on the basis of the remaining time and fees for the year prior to the process. The period of payment for the next year's road bridge is still being implemented in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
Public safety transport management must verify the payment of the annual fee for road bridges when it comes to procedures such as the annual trial of motor vehicles, the arrival of new vehicles, the use of vehicles and the relocation of field vehicles. Module vehicles that do not pay the annual fee for the road bridge shall not be processed.
Article 8 Standards for the annual fees and travel of the road bridges are presented by the municipal price authorities in conjunction with the city's fiscal sector, which is followed by the approval and publication of the Government.
