(Adopted by the 30th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of the city of Zenin on 21 June 2004 No. 68 of the Decree No. 68 of 30 June 2004 No. 68 of the Order of the People's Government of the city of Zenzi, issued as of 1 July 2004) The Government of the city has decided to amend the Modalities for the Management of Mapping results in the city (No. 82 of the 1997 People's Government Order) as follows: A uniform amendment to the “Yazine Urban Demation Management Office” in this approach reads as follows: The second amendment reads as follows: “The municipal mapping administrative authorities are responsible for the transfer, custody, clearance, provision of use and quality supervision of the results of the mapping within the city's administration”. Article 3 should be amended to read: “The district, district mapping administrative authorities, under the guidance of the municipal mapping administrative authorities, are responsible for the management of the area's mapping.” Article 5 was amended to read: “The production, processing, custody, provision and confidentiality classification of the results of the mapping process shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State”. 5 bis. “Article 6 “Article VII provides foreign organizations and individuals with results of precision, which must be made available to municipal mapping administrative authorities in accordance with national procedures. The authorities of municipal mapping are entrusted with the harmonization of confidential technologies. The results of the stereotyped mapping shall not be provided externally.” Article 7, subparagraphs (i), (iii) were amended to read: “(i) the daily measurements, geodesy, satellite geodesy, geodesy data and maps and copies of their measurement symbols for the establishment of national and localized maps and mapping systems (one single 1);” “(iii) A directory and a copy of the basic terrain maps, nautical maps, local maps, housing maps (one of 1);” Article 15 was amended to read: “The mapping results-based use sector should conduct regular inspections of the use of lead-based mapping results, identify the loss of results or the release of accidents, and report on results to municipal mapping administrative authorities in a timely manner”. The relevant articles are structured and modified accordingly. This decision has been implemented effective 1 July 2004. The Delivery of Mapping results in the city of Zinz was re-published in accordance with the consequential amendments to this decision. Annex: Mapping results-based management approach in the city of Zanzi (Amendment (2004)) (Adopted on 7 January 1992 by the Government of the People of the city on 3 September 1997 by amending the publication on 30 June 2004 in accordance with the decision of the Government of the city to amend the implementation of the results of the Mapping of the Dayzin city) Article 1. To strengthen the management of results in the city, this approach is developed in the light of the National People's Republic of China's Mapping Outcome Management Provisions. Article 2 Article 3 Regional and district mapping administrative authorities, under the guidance of the municipal mapping of administrative authorities, are responsible for the management of Mapping in the Territory. Article IV mapping results should be administered in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the city, in accordance with the different characteristics of the public (public use, public publication) and the non-public (internal use, confidentiality). Article 5 Article 6 Article 7 provides foreign organizations and individuals with mixed results and must be brought to the municipal mapping of administrative authorities in accordance with national procedures. The authorities of municipal mapping are entrusted with the harmonization of confidential technologies. The results of the stereotyped mapping shall not be provided externally. Article 8. The contents of the registration include the name of the results, size, type, frequency, quantity, real-time dates and the reasons for their destruction, approval, identification, destruction and distribution. The registry shall be kept in the long term. Article 9. The results of the mapping completed within this city's administrative region must be communicated to the municipal mapping administrative authorities on an annual basis to the following results sheets or copies: (i) Daily measurements, geodesy, satellite geodesy, geodesy data and maps and copies of their measurement symbols for the establishment of national and localized mapping benchmarks and mapping systems (one-one); (ii) A directory of air, space remote sensing mapping and magnetic tapes (one); (iii) A directory and a copy of the basic terrain maps, nautical maps, geospatial maps, and a directory (one of 1); (iv) Translation of maps and common maps, maps (two copies); (v) Data and graphics on major engineering measurements (one-one). Article 10 Internal reference maps need to be used, with reference to this unit, directly to municipal mapping administrative authorities. Article 11. This city unit and zinc will require the use of the results of the basic mapping of the provinces, self-governing areas and the city's occupants, which shall be made available to the municipal mapping authorities for the processing of correspondence procedures. Article 12 Article 13 of the State Department's departments, the military sector, and the units of outside provinces, self-government zones and the municipalities of direct jurisdiction need to use the results of the basic mapping of the city, which are governed by the relevant provisions of the State. Article XIV units provide externally unpublicized mapping results in the country and shall be subject to an application by their superior authorities and results from external mapping (one 2 cases), which are approved by the municipal mapping administrative authorities. No public mapping results may be sent to units or individuals or to public publication. Article 16 transmits the results of confidential mapping, which must be sealed in a sealed manner and indicate a sealed, sent to the transport sector or by two. The results of the internal use of mapping are operational in accordance with internal documentation management provisions. Article 21 contains units or individuals of one of the following acts, with administrative penalties as set out below: (i) Receiving royalties beyond the country-mandated mapping results-based charges, which are sanctioned by the price management in accordance with the relevant price management provisions. (ii) Individuals who disclose the secret of the results of the mapping, which are subject to administrative disposition, as appropriate, by their units or by the superior authority of the unit, constitute an offence and are criminally prosecuted by the judiciary. The authorities of the municipal mapping administration can be informed of criticism and accountable to the head of the unit in accordance with the People's Republic of China's mapping results management provisions. (iii) Without the approval of the mapping results sector, the unauthorized reproduction, transfer or transfer of the results of the mapping exercise was warned by the municipal mapping administrative authorities to impose a fine of up to 1,000 dollars for the transfer of results; and a fine of up to 10,000 dollars for self-renewable reproduction, transfer of results. Article 2, which violates the provisions of article 15 of this approach, is subject to administrative disposition by its units or by the superior authority of the unit; constitutes an offence and is criminalized by the judiciary.
