Chapter I General
Article I, in order to strengthen the security management of the dams and to guarantee the security of the people's life property, develops this approach in line with the Water dam Safety Regulation and other relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Chapter II
Article 7.

Article 8.

Chapter III
