(Adopted by the 30th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of the city of Zenin on 21 June 2004 No. 51 of the Order No. 51 of 30 June 2004 No. 51 of the Order No. 51 of the People's Government of the city of Zenin, which came into force on 1 July 2004)

The Government of the city has decided to amend the provisions on the management of water in the city of Narzin (No. 53 of the 2002 Order of the People's Government) as follows:
Article IV was deleted.
Amend Article 13 as follows:
(i) In violation of article 9, subparagraph (iv), a warning or a fine of 2.0.
(ii) In violation of articles 6, subparagraphs (i), (ii), (iv), 5 and (vi), article 7, paragraph 1, article 8, subparagraphs (i), (ii), article 9, subparagraph (iii), respectively, shall be dealt with by the relevant authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions.
(iii) In violation of article 4, paragraph 5 (iii), article 7, paragraph 2, article 8, subparagraphs (v), (vi), article 9, subparagraphs (i), (ii), article 10, article 11, which stipulates that one of the acts is punished in accordance with the Regulations on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China.”
The relevant provisions are adjusted accordingly.
This decision has been implemented effective 1 July 2004.
The Safety and Security of Waters in the city of Zanzi was re-published in accordance with the relevant amendments to this decision.

Annex: Safety and Security of Water in the city of Zanzi (Amendment (2004))
(Renewed on 30 June 2004 in accordance with the Decision of the Government of the People's Republic of 17 November 1987 to amend the Government of the city of 15 September 1990 to amend the Government of the people of the city on 18 January 2002, in accordance with the decision of the Government of the city to amend the provisions on the management of water in the city)
Article 1 establishes this provision in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations, to strengthen the management of water, to maintain social order and to guarantee the safety of people's life and property.
Article 2 applies to vessels and persons operating in the rivers (i.e. rivers, lakes, water banks), in coastal waters for production, transport, operations, cruises, etc.) and to the minimum, trajectory, water and public places in the above-mentioned waters.
Article 3. Ships and crews operating in water are subject to port supervision, port safety supervision, and documents issued by fishing authorities.

Article 6. All types of vessels must comply with the following provisions:
(i) The establishment of IOM or the identification of custodians responsible for the safety and security of the ship;
(ii) Concrete fire and life-saving equipment, as required;
(iii) Transport of dangerous goods, such as fuel, prone and blend, should be in accordance with the relevant provisions;
(iv) The presence or loading of the cargo must be within the designated parking area;
(v) night operations, parking, must mark, signal;
(vi) At the time of the arrival of the port, points should be stopped. There is no licence to stop local parks on board, bridge or other prohibited grounds.

Article 8

(vii) The smuggling of ships, the private, theft, the seizure, the sale of stolen, and theft.
Article 9. Visitors and passengers must comply with the following provisions:

Article 10 prohibits the use of explosive, bleaching and electrical networks in waters.

Article 12
(i) In violation of article 9, subparagraph (iv), a warning or a fine of 2.0.
(ii) In violation of articles 6, subparagraphs (i), (ii), (iv), 5 and (vi), article 7, paragraph 1, article 8, subparagraphs (i), (ii), article 9, subparagraph (iii), respectively, shall be dealt with by the relevant authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions.
(iii) In violation of article 4, paragraph 5 (iii), article 7, paragraph 2, article 8, subparagraphs (v), (vi), article 9, subparagraphs (i), (ii), article 10, article 11, which stipulates that one of the acts is punished in accordance with the Regulations on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China.
