(Adopted by the 30th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the city of Zenin on 21 June 2004 No. 53 of the Order of the People's Government of the Overseas Territories of 30 June 2004 (Act of 1 July 2004) The Government of the city has decided to amend the provisions on the management of fire safety in the arsenal (No. 54 of the 2002 People's Government Order) as follows: Article 6 was amended to read: “Electronic workers at the commercial site, welding to work, flammable chemicals operators and operators engaged in fire automatic alerts and automated firefighting systems shall be allowed to take the floor when they are considered by the public safety fire agency”. Delete article 10, paragraph 1. iii. Amend Article 17 as follows: “A trade area that violates the fire management requirement shall be subject to the requirement of a public safety firefighting agency to eliminate the hidden fire”. This decision has been implemented effective 1 July 2004. The SARS Fire Safety Management Provisions are re-published in accordance with this decision. |
