(The 30th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the Republic of 21 May 2004 considered the adoption of the Order No. 172 of 21 June 2004 of the Order of the Government of the People's Republic of the Republic of China, which came into force on 1 August 2004) Article 1 promotes the prosperity and development of the cause of social scientific research in order to fully realize the positive and creative nature of social scientific research and to develop this approach in line with the provisions of relevant national legislation. The social scientific achievements of citizens or organizations within the current city's administration, as well as the study of citizens or organizations outside and outside the city, are in line with our Constitution and legal provisions, and can be declared to participate in the award of excellence in social science awards. The social scientific achievements described in the previous paragraph include the following three categories: (i) Publications, including social sciences, translations, tools, materials, archaeological collation, customs interpretations, research materials, local logs; (ii) The papers, including papers, translations, investigation reports; (iii) Advisory results categories, including advisory programmes, decision-making recommendations programmes, advisory reports, evidence reports. Article 3. The Government of the commune set up a award of excellence in social science and divided into one such award, two awards and three awards. Article IV. The evaluation of the award of excellence in social science should be guided by the following principles: (i) The legitimate principle of content; (ii) High standards and non-existence principles; (iii) The principles of openness, equity and justice; (iv) Focusing on the principle of discipline. Article 5 Resistance of the Award for Social Ecological Evantages in the city, two years for a selection year, one year for each year, and the total number of awards for projects does not exceed 150. Prior to the start of the award, the city's personnel department issued a public announcement with the Federation of Social Sciences. Article 6 declares to participate in the selection of the award for the award of excellence in the social sciences of the city and shall be in accordance with one of the following conditions: (i) Publicly publish social scientific publications issued at the national and international levels; (ii) Reports on social sciences published publicly in newspapers and foreign newspapers at the national provincial level; (iii) No public publication of advisory programmes, decision-making recommendations, advisory reports, evidence reports, investigation reports, reports adopted by provincial, ministerial and higher State organs. The social scientific results set out in the previous paragraph should generally be published or adopted within the current evaluation year, which has not been declared for special reasons in the previous evaluation award year, subject to the terms of evaluation, standards or representation. A higher than or equivalent of the awards at this level has been obtained and no longer included in the selection. Article 7 (i) Books, scientific and innovative, creative on practical and historical issues and new contributions to the building and social development of disciplines; (ii) Tools (including research materials), scientific examples, reliable information, knowledge and value for academic studies; (iii) Educational materials, which are new and reflect contemporary latest scientific findings and have important applications for science, learning; (iv) The archaeological collation, supremacy, history and research are innovative, and has important learning and reference values for contemporary social scientific research; (v) Intacts, there is a greater degree of science, knowledge and positive role in the dissemination and diffusion of social scientific knowledge; (vi) The local book, which is reliable and accurate and has high historic values; (vii) Translation (written), accurate translation, has a high reference value for the study of major theoretical and practical issues in modernizing our country and has a catalytic role to deepen academic research; (viii) The paper, which is valuable, innovative, credible and creative, has a positive role to address the major theoretical or practical problems of a reality society; (ix) Investigation reports, evidence reports, counselling programmes, decision-making recommendations programmes, advisory reports, adaptation to social practice needs, reliable and reliable information, and more innovative, adopted by the provincial, ministerial and national bodies, with a clear contribution to economic or social development. Article 8 is a citizen or organization participating in the Award for Social Ecological Evangelical Achievement Awards, which may be declared directly to the Federation of Social Science through the Institute, the District (Autonomous Regions, the City) Social Science Federation or its offices. The executive branch, the cause unit or the individual may recommend to the Federation of Social Sciences that the results of the social science be reviewed. Article 9 celebrates the evaluation of the social scientific excellence of the city, which is the responsibility of the Committee for the Evaluation of Social Ecological Evantages (hereinafter referred to as the Evaluation Committee). The Evaluation Committee is composed of persons with high-level professional technical qualifications and is nominated by the Federation of Social Science of the City, with the municipal personnel sector and other relevant departments, for approval by the Government of the city. Article 10 The members of the Evaluation Committee and staff shall be evaluated objectively and impartially. It should be avoided when evaluating the social scientific results of his or her association with him or her. The members of the evaluation committee and staff shall not be able to contact the participants in the evaluation process alone and shall not disclose the evaluation. Article 11 awards for the social science of the city of Zionation, which should be made public to society within 90 days of the date of receipt of the declaration. Any unit or individual has an objection to the scientific results of the society, which may be raised within 30 days of the date of publication and by the Federation of Social Sciences, decides whether it is included in the evaluation. The socio-science outcomes of the city after publication and decision have been taken without objection are presented by the Federation of Social Sciences to the Evaluation Committee. Article 12 Medals for Social Science Evangelical Awards, as assessed by the Evaluation Committee, should be made available to society within 30 days of the end of the evaluation process. Any unit or person who has contested the award or evaluation process may be submitted within 30 days of the date of publication and decided by the Federation of Social Sciences. The successful project for the award of excellence in social science in the city, which was published and ruled by no objection, is submitted to the Government of the people of the city. The Government of the city grants certificates and awards to the winners. Article 13 celebrity of the award for social sciences in the city is included in the municipal financial budget. Article XIV celebrates the award for social sciences, which should be recorded in the awardor's performance appraisal file as one of the basis for the examination, promotion and evaluation of duties. Article 15 awards for chewing breaks and for theft of social scientific achievements by the municipal personnel sector, with the approval of the city's people's Government, withdraw their incentives, recover awards and certificates. Article 16 The members of the Evaluation Committee and their staff have been given administrative treatment under the law of the relevant departments in the evaluation process, with false statements, provocative fraud and other violations of the evaluation of disciplinary acts; the Association of the Municipal Social Science and Technology, with the approval of the Government of the city's people, has removed the membership of its evaluation board; and the award and certificate of recovery, as a result of violations have obtained incentives; Article 17 |
