Article 15 amends as follows: “In the case of ganges with important memorials or special values, they should be preserved and the drying should be protected against corruption measures.

Annex: Methods for the management of archipso trees in the city of Western Annai (Amendment 2004)
(Amendment of the Decision of the Government of the city of 27 April 1996 on the revision of the Modalities for the Protection of the Guangroves in the city of Western Andi, 15 August 2004)
In order to strengthen the protection management of chewing trees, this approach is based on Article 25 of the People's Republic of China Forest Act and the State Department's Urban Greenization Regulation.
Article 2, this approach applies to the protection of all archaeological trees and their facilities within the city's administration.
Article 3 of this approach refers to the existence of one of the following conditions, and to the identification of protected trees by urban and municipal forestry administrations according to the division of labour between rural and urban areas:
(i) The mangrove is more than 100 years of age, with the vibrant trees;
(ii) The name of trees is cherished and there are very few trees in the country and abroad;
(iii) The trees with historical or important mark.
Article IV provides a unified leadership for the management of the protection of ancient trees. The tropolitan forest, the management of the forest administration, the management of che trees and the supervision and inspection of the implementation of this approach. Guang trees in the area of land-based cities, construction of townships and polar areas are managed by the district gardening (communication) administration sector; archite trees in rural, mountainous and forest parks in the land area are managed by the district forestry (forestry) administration sector.

Article 8

Article 9 GUAM units should be guided by conservation efforts such as saving, water, fertilization and disease vector control, under the guidance of parking forests (communes). Article 11. Article 17 imposes penalties for violations of this approach, as follows:
(i) In violation of article 8 of this approach, Guang trees have not been damaged and should be criticized for education and should be held accountable for the cessation of violations; they have resulted in injury, and fines of $50-200 for those directly responsible.
(ii) In violation of article 9 of this approach, the conservation of archaeological trees in accordance with technical norms has affected their lifetimes and, in addition to their correction, a fine of 100-300 units.
(iii) In violation of article 10 of this approach, the archaeological trees that deal with natural deaths, impose a fine of 300-500 dollars and confiscate their timber.
(iv) Reparation of the loss of archaeological trees resulting from poor escorts, by a direct liability unit or individual, based on the values of the treasury (usually three-five times the cost of the tree wood-scale compensation) and a fine of one to two times the cost of loss.
(v) In violation of article 12 of this approach, the treasury was injured by the charging (communes), the forest administration, which was responsible for the loss of compensation and could be punished by a fine of 1000 - 5,000 dollars, resulting in death, compensation for the value of the treasury and a fine of 1 to 2 times the cost of compensation.
(vi) A fine of $100,000-300,000 for unauthorized logging, random revegetation, wilful destruction of chewing trees; in serious circumstances, constituting an offence and transferred to the judiciary to be criminalized by law.
Article 18 Managers who play a role and favour private fraud are subject to administrative disposition by their units or superior authorities.
Article 19 is implemented since the date of publication.
