In order to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly, the Chinese people pay tribute to the old age and the traditional Americans, which are established in accordance with the provisions of the People's Republic of China Act on the Protection of the Rights and Welfare of Older Persons and the Regulations on the Protection of the Legal Rights of Older Persons in the Autonomous Region of Boighur.
Older persons aged 60 and above may enjoy preferential services and preferential treatment under this provision.
Article 3 above is responsible for the organization of the coordination of the work of older persons within the current administration. The relevant sectors, such as civil affairs, health, construction, justice, culture and sports, are responsible, within their respective responsibilities, for the excellent work of the elderly.
Older persons aged 60 years and above receive the following preferential services:
(i) In the course of cars, fire vehicles, aircraft, priority was given to purchase orders, vouchers, entry stations, passenger vehicles and boarders;
(ii) Free access to legal advisory services provided by the Public Evidence Service, the Lawyers Service and other legal advisory services. Legal rights have been violated and legal assistance is required by law, with priority given to legal assistance;
(iii) Access to health-care institutions, giving priority to medical treatment, inspection, inspection, inspection, classification, payment, access to medicines and hospitalization.
Older persons aged 65 and above may also be accorded the following preferential treatment:
(i) Free access to parks, animal parks, plants and gardens;
(ii) Free access to public sports premises or other sports exercises;
(iii) Free access to exhibitions, memorials, cultural memorials, museums, stereotypes and commemorative gardens and free access to public libraries;
(iv) A semi-principation of movies, access to the landscape area and tourism areas at the theatre;
(v) Free access to bus in the city;
(vi) Removal of the general patriots;
(vii) Free use of public toilets.
Article 6. During the International Day of Older Persons, the National Older Persons Day and the Day of Self-Government, older persons aged 60-64 may enjoy preferential treatment under article 5.
Older persons over the age of 7,100 years are granted adequate special living benefits by the commune (commune) people on the ground, and institutions responsible for ageing should organize a medical examination for the elderly over 100 years of age each year.
Article 8
Article 9. All types of public service industries, such as hotels, restaurants, telecommunications, banking, postals and transport, should provide specialized services for older persons to provide timely, facilitate and quality services.
No unit or individual shall be exempted from any reason for the elimination of all preferential services or preferential treatment enjoyed by the elderly, without any condition restricting the enjoyment of preferential services or preferential treatment by the elderly.
Article 11 provides units for preferential services or preferential treatment for older persons, with the appropriate place of access, fees, operating rooms and other places where older persons are given priority and a clear sign of merit.
Article 12 Older persons who have reached the age of 60 may have identification cards to the institutions responsible for older persons (markets, zones) in the place where they are responsible for their work, or to provide identity cards to the Village National Council or the Community Residential Commission, which are to be coordinated by the Village National Commission or the Community Resident Council to the district (markets, districts) for older persons.
Older persons who have reached the age of 65 years may receive or exchange a preferential treatment certificate in accordance with the procedure set out above.
Agencies responsible for the elderly should verify in a timely manner the free issuance of patriarchal service certificates, the granting of patriarchal preferential treatment certificates (hereinafter referred to as older persons). Costs are included in the financial budget at all levels.
Article 13. The length of older persons is evidenced by the uniformity of institutions responsible for older persons in self-government.
It prohibits the transfer, use, falsification, conversion and sale of older persons.
The institutions responsible for older persons above Article 14.
Article 15 grants recognition and incentives to units or individuals that have been highlighted in the performance of older persons, who are more in the district (markets) than in charge of older persons or the Government of the people at this level. In the absence of implementation of this provision, the institutional responsibility for the ageing work of the district (communes) has been changed and can be brought to criticism by the Government of the current people or the relevant departments; the refusal to reproduce the body responsible for the elderly is informed by the media.
Article 16, in violation of this provision, provides for the transfer, use, falsification, conversion or sale of older persons to be justified by the body responsible for the work of older persons to recover the superiority of older persons and to give criticism of education; forfeiture, reproduce and give evidence of older persons, in serious circumstances, constitute criminal responsibility under the law; for the use or use of forged, transgendered older persons, the operator has the right to request the parties to pay the expenses and to report the body responsible for the work of older persons.
Article 17, in violation of this provision, misleading and indiscriminate testimony of older persons, was recovered by institutions responsible for older persons in the district (communes) and by the responsible supervisors and other direct responsibilities, by their units or superior authorities.
