Chapter I General
In order to strengthen map management, regulate the map market, preserve the sovereignty, security and interests of States, develop this approach in line with the People's Republic of China Mapping Act and other relevant legislation.
Article II provides for the production, printing, publication, introduction, display, loading, or production, sale of maps of national boundaries, map products of the administrative regional boundaries of the province and related management activities.
Article 3. Governments at all levels should strengthen the management of the production, printing, publication, display, webcast maps and map products, and the production, sale of the map, to ensure the quality of the map and to preserve the sovereignty, security and interests of the State.
Governments at all levels should strengthen awareness-raising and awareness-raising on national maps and increase citizenship.
Article IV is responsible for the uniform supervision of maps, map products and map markets throughout the province. Other relevant departments of the provincial government are responsible for the management of the production, sale and distribution of maps, printing, advertising and map products in accordance with their responsibilities.

Article 5

(v) The map shows activities that show maps through publications, videos, publicity, advertising, product packaging, etc.;

(vii) map products refer to Earth and teaching supplies, cultural supplies, crafts, memorials, ys, etc., which indicate maps of the administrative regional boundaries.
Chapter II
The units for the preparation of maps should have the corresponding mapping qualifications; the publication of maps should be eligible for publication.
The acquisition of qualifications for the production of maps is carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Article 7
(i) The establishment of the national boundaries of the People's Republic of China, the historical boundaries of China, the national boundaries of the world and the territorial boundaries of the Republic of China, and the territorial level of the People's Republic of China, must be governed by the relevant legislative provisions;
(ii) Using up-to-date map information as a basis for the preparation of the map and accurately reflecting the geographical location, patterns, names and interrelationships of the map elements;
(iii) Technical norm for map-making consistent with national requirements;
(iv) In line with the provisions of the State and the province relating to the content of public maps;
(v) Data and professional content that meet map usage purposes;
(vi) The name of the map shall not be allowed to be replaced with the terms “news”, “up-to-date”.
The relevant departments and units should provide the map-based mapping units with the required update to produce maps open.
Article 8. Persons engaged in the collection of map information or map-based tests shall have mapping operational documents.
Article 9
(i) The basis for the national boundaries and the regional boundaries of the Territory above;
(ii) Architecture, publication, printing, distribution units;
(iii) Books, editions, publication dates, prints and other related matters;
(iv) Booklets.
A map of advertising must also contain a licence for advertising.

Article 14.

Article 16 Enterprises, individuals who sell maps or map products should validate the author's map-approved documents without the sale of maps or map products.
Chapter IV
Article 17 publishes, introduces maps, displays, publishes maps that have not been published or produces, introduces map products, and must be inspected by provincial mapping offices or by mapping administrative authorities entrusted to them, without approval, without the publication, introduction, demonstration, delivery or production of:
(i) The publication of maps showing, placing maps of national boundaries or maps of province-wide sexuality should be sent to the provincial mapping office for clearance or first instance before the map is printed, displayed or loaded;

Article 19 units, enterprises and individuals shall submit the following materials:
(i) Applications for posting of map or map products;

Article 21

Chapter V

Chapter VI Legal responsibility
Article 33 violates the provisions of this approach, which provide for the enforcement of the provisions of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations relating to offences.

(vii) Non-compliance with the supervision of management responsibilities under the law or oversight of inspection, which causes serious consequences;
(viii) Other acts that should be taken administratively by law.
Article 337 violates the provisions of this approach and constitutes a crime and is criminalized by law.
Article 338 is implemented effective 1 January 2005. The Government of the Provincial People's Government issued a publication management approach to maps in the provinces of Giang Province on 5 December 1997.
