In accordance with the National People's Republic of China's Administrative Accreditation Act and the relevant legislation, legislation and regulations, the Lyon People's Government has decided to amend the Modalities for the Protection of Gangroves in the city of Lion:
I. Article 18 amends as follows: “The responsible unit or the responsible person is liable for the mismanagement of the conservation, causing the injury or depletion of the treasury, with a fine of over 2,000 yen. Because of the death of Gang trees, a fine of up to 40,000 yen was imposed.
Delete the words “at the level of loss, the amount of $30,000 to $50,000 for each property”.
Article 20, subparagraph (b), was amended to “injure the archaeological trees and impose a fine of up to 1 million yen in 2000”;
Paragraph (iii) was amended to “injure the death of treasury trees, to compensate for the loss of treasury values and to impose a fine of up to 3,000 dollars”.
Article 21, paragraph (i), was amended to read as follows:
Paragraph (ii) was amended to read “Supporting the vegetation of trees, with a fine of more than 50,000 dollars. Because of the death of Guang trees, the loss of the value of Gang trees is compensated for.”
Paragraph (iii) was amended to read: “Linking the trees of Guang trees, with the exception of compensation for the loss of the value of the trees, and fines of over 50,000 dollars”.
This decision is implemented since the date of publication.
The Lyung City Metropolitan Protection Management Scheme was released in accordance with this decision.

Annex: Modalities for the management of Guang trees in the city of Liveli (Amendment 2005)
(Adopted by Decree No. 55 of 15 October 2001 of the Government of the People of Livestock on 26 July 2005 in accordance with Order No. 80 of the People's Government of the city of Liveli on 26 July 2005 to amend the Decision on Modalities for the Protection of Mangroves in the city of Lyon
Article 1, in order to enhance the protection of urban treasury trees, has developed this approach in line with the State Department's Urban Greenization Regulations, the Greenization of the City of the River Southern Province, the Live Town Greenization Regulation.
Article 2 Protection of the management of angroves in urban planning areas and in the landscape area is applicable.
Article III refers to trees that have grown above 100 years of age and precious, rare, historic or commemorative trees.
More than 300 years of age, it is particularly valuable, rare and important historical values, scientific research values and monumental archaeological trees at the primary level, and the remaining secondary archaeological trees.
Article IV governs the management of the urban archaeological trees throughout the city, which is responsible for the development of a management plan for the management of the treasury trees throughout the city, guidance and supervision of the protection management of the archaeological trees throughout the city, and the harmonization of the urban treasury, construction and establishment of protection logs.
The executive authorities of the city parking greener (markets, zones) are responsible for the management of the urban treasury trees within the Territory, and undertake investigations, identification, protection, reporting, etc. of the archaeological trees in the Territory.

Article 6

Article 9 Conservation costs for archipso trees are borne by the conservation responsibility unit or the responsible person. It is difficult to conserve archipso trees, which can apply for specific subsidies to the local authorities in the greening of urban parks (markets, zones).
The cost of saving, remobilizing trees can be properly subsidized by the urban parking greener administrative authorities.
Governments of municipalities, districts (markets, areas) should allocate a proportion of funds from annual urban maintenance management funds, urban park greening greening funds for the protection of urban treasury trees.
Article 10. All ancient trees, either collectively or individually, shall not be sold or transferred without the approval of the Greening Administration and the approval of the Government of the urban population. The contributions to the country could be given appropriate incentives.
Article 11 provides for new construction, alteration, expansion of works that affect the treasury, and construction units should propose protection measures that are carried out after the approval of the Government of the urban people, with the consent of the urban parking greener administrative authorities.
Article 12 quaters of five metres around the archipel of Gangroves are prohibited by new construction, alteration, expansion of any form of buildings or other non-protection facilities. Urban road construction must not undermine the protection management of che trees.
Article 13 prohibits:
(i) Incidents on trees, gangs, circumventing Okinawas, and electric power lines;

(iii) The construction of temporary buildings, composts, exhumation pits, the construction of filters, surfaces, surface fires, cigarettes, dumping garbage, sewage and other hazardous objects from trees;

(v) Streams, discounts, exhumation or destruction of trees, trees, trees;
(vi) Consumption of trees within two x 2 metres;
(vii) Deforestation and screening, relocation of archaeological trees.
Article 14. The relocation costs are borne by the transplant units.

(i) Achieve greater scientific research outcomes for the protection of archaeological trees;
(ii) Significant achievements in the management and conservation of archaeological trees;
(iii) Streams in the fight against the destruction of cheats.
Article 18, the responsible unit or the responsible person are fined by more than 2,000 yen, for the purpose of mismanagement, causing the injury or depletion of the treasury. Because of the death of Gang trees, a fine of up to 40,000 yen was imposed.

Article 20, in violation of article 13 (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) of this approach, gives the following penalties, as appropriate:

Article 25
