In accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations, such as the National People's Republic of China's Administrative Accreditation Act, the Government of the city decided to amend the provisional approach to the management of livestock products in the city of South Africa as follows:
Article 4, paragraph 1, “The Deputy Food Bureau of Southern Innin is responsible for the whole city of livestock dying, the sale of livestock products, the processing of refrigeration surveillance management”, which reads as follows:
Article 4, paragraph 2, amends the management of livestock dying and livestock products in the Territory by the Zenin District, the Vavu District Trade Bureau and the Deputy Food Bureau in the suburbs.

Annex: Provisional approach to the management of the sale of livestock products in Southern Innin City (as amended)

Chapter I General

Chapter III

Chapter V

Article 23 is incompatible with administrative penalties by the parties and may apply for administrative review or directly to the People's Court.
Article 24 imposes penalties on the administration of justice by law enforcement officials that impede the implementation of their duties under the law; constitutes an offence and is criminalized by law.
Article 25. When administrative law enforcement officials carry out their official duties, documents must be presented in accordance with the law.
