Chapter I General
Article 1. Improving the application of new wall materials and the management of buildings, improving the building structure and building use functions, protecting land resources and the ecological environment, enhancing energy use and promoting sustainable economic and social development, and developing this provision in line with the provisions of the relevant legislation.
Article 2

Chapter V Legal responsibility
