In order to encourage a wide range of educators to actively undertake education teaching studies, to promote the use of advanced teaching research results, to deepen teaching reform, to improve the level of teaching and the quality of education, and to develop this approach in line with the State Department's Education Achievement Awards.
The teaching results described in Article 2 of this approach refer to the uniqueness, novelness, practicality, and the achievement of the results of educational teaching programmes and educational reform studies and practices that reflect educational teaching and teaching standards.
Article 3. Various schools, academic groups and other social organizations, teachers and others in the administration of the province may apply for provincial teaching results in accordance with the provisions of this approach.
Article IV Recommendations, evaluation and awards of provincial teaching results awards should be guided by the principles of openness, equity, justice and non-existence, and no organization or individual may interfere unlawfully.
The provincial pedagogical results awards are divided into four levels of awards such as special awards, one awards, two awards and three awards.
Article 6. The provincial education administration is responsible for the organization of the evaluation of the provincial pedagogical results and the management of the pedagogical results.
Article 7. Establishment of the Commission for the Promotion of Teaching in the northern province of Lake, which coordinates and makes resolutions such as the evaluation of the Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards and the results of the evaluation, which consists of candidates submitted by the Provincial Education Administration for approval by the Government.
The Provincial Committee on Psychological Achievement rewards employs experts, scholars to form evaluation committees responsible for the evaluation of the provincial teaching results awards, in accordance with the provisions of this approach. Based on the actual needs of the evaluation process, a number of evaluation teams are established under the Evaluation Committee. The list of experts, scholars participating in the evaluation shall be confidential before the conclusion of the evaluation.
Article 8. Provincial teaching results awards are evaluated every four years, and every three months before the start of each evaluation activity, the provincial education administration should inform society.
Article 9 contains the following conditions for the teaching results project, whose completion units or completeers can declare the provincial teaching results awards:
(i) Be established by the State or at the advanced level in the province;
(ii) To achieve good results through more than two years of teaching practices;
(iii) A certain impact in the province or in the country;
(iv) There is an extension of the application value.
Article 10 Provincial pedagogical results awards by the completion unit or the completion of the teaching results, which are completed by individuals of either two or more units or different units, are declared by the first major completion unit or the first major completion:
(i) Teaching results of higher education institutions (i.e. general higher schools, adult higher schools and other higher education institutions) and submitting declarations to the provincial education administration by higher education institutions;
(ii) Teaching results in secondary and secondary schools, kindergartens and other educational institutions, making applications to schools or units in which they are declared on a case-by-case basis by administrative affiliation and recommended by the education administration or the competent authority to the provincial education administration;
(iii) Educational outcomes of academic groups, social organizations and other individuals, application to the municipal education administration at the location, which is recommended by the municipal education administration to the provincial education administration.
In addition to higher education institutions in the province, the teaching results of units or individuals belonging to the central sector may be recommended by the competent authorities to the provincial education administration, or may apply to the municipal education administration at the location, which is recommended by the municipal education administration.
Article 11. Units that make a major contribution in the design, research and implementation of the teaching results throughout the process are the main completion units for the teaching results. The main completion units for each pedagogical achievement may not exceed three times when the provincial teaching results are declared.
Individuals who participate directly in the design, research and use of the results in the teaching process in the implementation of reforms in educational teaching activities and make a major contribution to the achievement of the teaching results. In the declaration of provincial teaching results awards, the primary completion of each teaching outcome should not exceed five.
Article 12. The main part of the teaching results or teaching results has been awarded at higher rates or equivalent to the evaluation awards for provincial teaching results, without restatement of provincial teaching results awards. The provincial education administration should submit the evaluation board after receiving the application for the provincial teaching results. Article 14.
Each evaluation award receives no more than two awards, and the total number of awards for each award shall not exceed 400.
After the selection of the declared teaching results project by the Evaluation Group, the eligible project should be carefully selected on a case-by-case basis and submitted written recommendations to the Evaluation Committee for the initial evaluation. The written recommendation should contain the appropriate award for the project, the hierarchy of incentives to be awarded and the main reasons for it, the results of the Panel's balloting, significant differences and reasons.
Article 16 selects the Evaluation Committee on the basis of the initial evaluation recommendations of the Evaluation Group and selects the awardees in a non-reviewed manner. More than four members of the Evaluation Committee are required to be effective, two of these awards, three of which are subject to the consent of more than one third of the members of the voting, and more than two thirds of the balloting members agree that the awards are subject to the agreement of more than four members of the polling committee, and one such awards, special awards, etc. are also subject to the proceedings.
Based on the results of the selection of the polling, the Evaluation Committee made recommendations to the Provincial Committee on Psychological Achievement Awards, candidates and incentives.
In accordance with the recommendations of the Evaluation Committee, the Provincial Committee on Psychological Evanization has made resolutions on awards, candidates and incentives.
Article 17 The members of the evaluation committee shall be evaluated objectively and impartially, and shall be avoided when evaluating the educational results of their own units or evaluating the educational results project with their own relatives, teachers and others. The avoidance of members of the Evaluation Committee was decided by the Director of the Evaluation Committee; the avoidance of the Director, Deputy Director of the Evaluation Committee, and the decision of the Provincial Committee on Psychotics.
In violation of the provisions of this approach, the evaluation of the pedagogical results project should be avoided without evasion, its participation in the evaluation of the pedagogical results project and the evaluation committee should reorganize the evaluation as required.
The members of the evaluation committee shall respect the completion units of the evaluation project and the intellectual property acquired by the person under the law, without prejudice to their legitimate rights and interests.
The results of the evaluation of the provincial pedagogical results award should be presented to the society for the purpose of seeking the objection and receiving social oversight.
From the date of the presentation, the date of the objection was 30 days and the date of the objection was 30 days. Article 19 may inform the recommended units after the provincial education administration receives the objection. The provincial education administration shall submit the written material for verification to the Provincial Committee on the Education of the Results of Teaching and shall be decided by the Provincial Committee on Education.
Article 20 expires on the date of the objection, which was reviewed by the Provincial Council of Psychological Achievement Awards, candidates and incentive awards for provincial teaching results awards, which were approved by the Government of the Provincial People and issued the corresponding certificate.
The provincial education administration has awarded a certain amount of awards to the recipients of the provincial teaching results awards, which are owned by the winner and no unit or individual may be stopped.
The teaching results, such as the provincial pedagogical results, have been recommended by the provincial education administration to the State Department's Education Administration for the declaration of the results of the teaching.
Article 21 awards for provincial teaching results awards are determined by the Ministry of Education's People's Government to include incentives in the financial budget and to be paid from the annual education cost.
In article 22, the award of a person who has received the results of the provincial teaching shall be recorded in his own archives as a basis for the examination, evaluation, promotion of professional technical duties and the enjoyment of the treatment.

Article 25 The members of the evaluation committee favoured private fraud in the evaluation process by removing their qualifications from the provincial education administration and by giving criticism to education or administrative disposal in the light of circumstances.
