Article 1, in order to prevent and reduce the production of safe accidents at the end of the mining bank and to guarantee the security of the people's life property, is based on laws, regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Act on Security of Production, the People's Republic of China Act on the Safety of Mines.
Article 2
The safe management of the nuclear industry mines and other end-of-mission deposits with radioactive substances is not applicable.
The safety evaluation, construction, operation, closure and closure of the end-of-the-clock security technology requirements, as well as the end-of-the-clock classification criteria, are carried out in accordance with the technical protocols for the safety of the end-of-the-clock (AQ2006-2005).

Article 4

(ii) Approval of documents for the construction of projects and feasibility studies;
(iii) A safety advance evaluation report;
(iv) Preliminary design of construction projects;
(v) Other information required by law, regulations and regulations.
Changes in major design programmes, such as end-of-the-clock sites, dam dams, drainage, etc., should be redesigned by the original design cell and approved by the security production monitoring management for the prior approval.

(v) The quality of the material and the report of the Director-General of Construction;
(vi) Information on the production of security accidents and other major work quality accidents during construction;
(vii) Information on the safety qualifications of the mine chief (managers), security producers and special operating personnel;
(viii) A report on the evaluation of safety tests;
(ix) Other information required by law, regulations and regulations.
Article 9 may not authorize the construction of a new residential area in the context of the possible harm caused by the end of the dam. Article 17

Article 18
(i) The construction project does not have a safety facility design;
(ii) The design of the construction of the project security facility has not been reported in accordance with the relevant departments;
(iii) The construction of the project security facility is not based on the approved design;
(iv) The construction project was completed for production or pre-use, and the security facility was not experienced.
Article 19 Production units will be sent to construction units that do not have the corresponding qualifications, to the time limit being changed and to the fine of over 3,000 dollars.
